They did a great job. A little pricey considering that we live in an 1100 square foot condo.

In the summer of 2020 my A/C broke down. I asked around and Aardvark was recommended to me. I like supporting small business in my area. I was initially very happy with the service that I received. The unit was delivered and installed quickly. However, by the end of the summer the unit was leaking into my basement. I thought it might be my filter and changed it. It happened twice and then the need for it ended and I forgot about it until the summer of 2021. Furthermore, although Ryan told me he would send me the details for the warranty and the registration, I never recieved them, I figured he was very busy and would get to it eventually. He never got around to it.In the summer of 2021 my A/C continued to periodically leak. I noted that my filters were more filled than previously and so I also booked a duct cleaning with a look at my A/C and furnace. I was aware that my furnace was coming to the end of its life.I asked Ryan to take a look at why the A/C was leaking and he told me it was because it was icing due to a dirty filter, fair enough I thought the duct cleaning would help take care of that along with continuing to change my filter regularly. I also asked him to send me a quote for replacing my furnace. I never received that quote.When my A/C continued to leak, I decided to contact another company and have them give me a quote for a furnace and to find out why my A/C was leaking. When the installers took out my furnace and looked at the A/C, they told me that the tray had been installed backwards. So any water that would collect in the tray would not run to the drain but rather spill over the back. Kind of like installing your bathtub with the slope away from the drain.I don't know why this happened. I don't know why Ryan installed it backwards, nor do I know why he didn't spot his error when I asked him to fix it. Regardless the result is the same. It was installed incorrectly and continued to leak on my furnace. Had I had a new furnace installed with that issue, it would have voided my new warranty.I gave Ryan the opportunity to fix the mistake that was made and he did not. I was rather disappointed. I hope that he will learn from this mistake and have more success in the future.I wish him nothing but the best, but at this time I can't recommend his services.

Ryan installed our new furnace and hot water tank, and did a first rate job. Everything was well explained, everything happened on time, and the performance has bee top notch. We would highly recommend him to anyone...

I have a bad experience with Ryan, called him for my A/C repair and he charged me excess money for diagnosing and repair. To Just fill the gas he kept us wait almost 10 days where I could have done it next day without diagnosing fee if the work is done by same contractor. Also the work was not done properly. It last only for a week. I had to call another contractor to get my A/C working. Ryan is not reliable. I made an order for tankless water heater and when the time came he said he does not have the unit available. I will not recommend this contractor to do any repair work or installation.

Very professional, well qualified and personal service. Ryan Willbond not only did a first rate job installing our air conditioner he took the time to educate us on other aspects of our heating and cooling systems including educating us with respect to the possible removal of a chimney and advising with respect to smoke alarms. He analysed a neighbours system at our request. We learned that Ryan is qualified in many other aspects of home maintenance
