For wall painting, they’re efficient and do a good job. Pricing is decent. Perhaps some areas that weren’t covered properly but overall ok. They were also accommodating when we wanted to change the shade of a colour for a bathroom after they initially painted. 4 stars here. Would go back just for this.However, DO NOT get your cabinets painted by them. The paint didn’t last even 2 months. It’s clear they just slapped on primer on top of the old paint and then applied the lacquer on top. The lacquer has disappeared showing the primer under. Or the primer and lacquer have dissolved to show the original cabinets. We did not use anything chemical on the cabinets to clean them. Editing to mention I reached out about the cabinets, didn’t ask for anything just wanted to let them know their method needs improvement, but no response or acknowledgement. Too bad.

Tri-City painters did a great job on my house.I have an old rambling 1850s farmhouse and it’s really a big job to paint it.I’ve actually had contractors pull up look at it and say no.Not that small contractors are a problem, my house is just a little bigger than what they can reasonably do.All the painters at my job are experienced and they all do a decent trimline. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The company appears very well run. I received a detailed and professional quotes and invoices.I liked working with them and would use them again, I am very happy.

on initial consultation, I made specific requests for repairs, they were not done. I brought them back 3 more times, each time barely better than the start. If they were not able to achieve the repairs, they should have said so from the start. Since we are a private office, I allowed them to come in after hours, so there was no one here to monitor. Security was not an issue, but the crew got paint on 4 of our brand new blinds, and when they tried to wash it off, they ruined them by creating holes. Yes, they honoured the fee to replace them, but it was a long process. I would not recommend them.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tri City Painters! Norm was exceptional to deal with, his responses were very prompt and had answers to all of my questions. Ron who did the painting was very meticulous and did an outstanding job. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be using them again in the future!

The painter came a week after we received our quote, so the work was prompt and very efficient. The painter was professional and thorough. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home.

Norm was great to talk to, he looked at the job gave us a great price, much cheaper than everyone else. Chris showed up on time & did an amazing job & was also great to talk to. We will definitely use them again for future projects. Thank you both.

Tri City Painters did an impeccable job painting the main and upper levels of my home. They primed, painted walls, baseboards, doors and trim. They were meticulous and the result was so incredible. My home looks brand new. Not only did Tri City do an amazing job but the guys who worked on my home arrived on time, they were friendly and helpful, and they were efficient. I could not believe that they got this job done in 2 days. It would have taken me 2 weeks!! Tri City is fairly priced for a premium service I would recommend them every time you have a painting job. Really outstanding.

n August 2021 I hired Tricity Painters to remove popcorn ceilings, paint the ceilings flat white and paint 2 other small ceilings and one bathroom as well as repair 2 drywall cracks.They sent 3 people, who arrived late and did not come prepared with proper equipment. The popcorn ceiling removal was a terrible mess, they used flimsy plastic sheeting and then proceeded to put a fan in the area, that blew the drywall dust all through the house. They also walked throughout the house, spreading the mess everywhere.The ceiling is full of waves, dust holes and bumps and they did not sand the edges at all. The job was terrible. They quoted one price but charged almost double as they charge “time and material” to remove popcorn ceilings. The fact that it took them so long and they still couldn’t do the job correctly, was not my issue. Lack of training, ability, tools - could be anything. Or maybe that’s the business practice?They had a student paint the bathroom - he splattered paint all over the baseboards, the floor and the light fixtures then one wall he damaged so I had to repaint the entire wall. The female, who was to be the edger, couldn't see without her glasses and she often didn't have them with her. When I pointed out the issues in the bathroom, she couldn't see them as she had no glasses.The repair of the drywall cracks left a bump on both walls so it is very noticeable.The job was very poorly done.They offered to come back and re-do the job, taking another 4 days and making more mess. As I was getting the home ready to sell, and had already had the ducts cleaned, I refused the second attempt. Why would I put myself through that again?They insisted I still pay half the bill (which was double the original quote) and they threatened legal action if I didn't. No negotiation, no “pay half the quoted invoice” - just pay this or we take legal action.To get this behind me, I paid the invoice.I would NOT recommend this company - poor service, terrible work and no customer service. NOTE: the employees were not vaccinated and had a difficult time wearing a mask in the house at all times. This was August, in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. When I asked about vaccination status, they told me No, not vaccinated .

Will not use again in the future and would not recommend. Poor customer service, and your quote" is not what you will be charged. There was no identification of a time & materials hourly rate on the quote
