Dr Karim and his team are great. He is very friendly and easy going and they are very flexible (even sending me extra bands for my braces via mail when they were closed due to COVID-19).I had braces when I was younger but my teeth moved alot and my cross bite worsened, this even gave me a bit of an overbite. My rear teeth were wearing down prematurely due to this and my teeth were also very crowded.He helped put together an orthodontic plan and reassured me for every step of the way (the biggest step was the jaw surgery, and i needed alot of reassurance for that!).I just got my braces off a few days ago and still have some retainer work left, but my teeth have never been straighter and my side face profile has even improved too.Thank you everyone at Blundell Orthodontics!

I went in for a consult after seeing a couple other orthodontists. The receptionist fit me in same day I called because of my scheduling requirements. I first met with the care coordinator and what is usually a 15 minute consultation prior to the doctor coming in, turned into a 45 minute conversation. I can't recall her name but she was very social and easy to talk to. She shared a personal story regarding the treatment I would need that was very informative. Thereafter the doctor came in and quickly gave me a full overview of all my issues and spoke very honestly and openly about my condition. A week or so later I received a letter in the mail with a full breakdown of my issues. All of the staff from the first to the last were very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. There isn't much more to ask for when you are meeting an orthodontist for the first time. I haven't chosen my orthodontist yet but there isn't much I could say against this office based off of my consultation.

I had the pleasure of going to Dr. Karim at Blundell Orthodontics for my second round of braces. From the start, he addressed my concerns and gave me realistic expectations. I looked forward to the monthly check-ups and chatting with Robyn and all of the other dental assistants. I have recently completed my orthodontic treatment and couldn’t be happier with the way my smile had changed. Thanks again and see you guys soon =)!

Dr Asef Karim and his team are experts when it comes to orthodontics, and will answer any questions or concerns without hesitation. I've had my braces for a bit over 2 and a half years, and I am more than happy with the results.I could go into the technicalities of my journey, but I think what really makes Blundell Orthodontics stand out is their flexibility and good etiquettes. They wont simply put you through a mundane process of fixing your teeth, but they'll try to understand exactly what you want, and they'll achieve it in a way that makes it well worth your time and money.Overall, not only did I get my teeth healthily aligned, but I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for orthodontic services!

Both my children saw Dr. Karim for their orthodontic work. We all had such a positive experience (5 years). Dr. Karim is a friendly professional who takes pride in his work. Blundell Orthodontics is a busy clinic but is very efficient at getting clients in and out in a timely manner. Everyone on staff was excellent. Lisa and Virginia were very accommodating in getting the kids in for their appointments and understanding when appointments were missed accidently. My children have beautiful teeth and what a confidence builder. Hopefully my children will be good at wearing their retainers but Dr. Karim & staff have done their job and its up to them to keep their teeth straight. Thank you for all you've done and your positive attitudes at work. That really shows what a gem of a clinic you have!

Blundell Orthodontics is a great choice for your Orthodontics needs. The office is spacious and offers state of the art technology like their 3D scanner, so you don't need to deal with the goopy impressions and molds. Dr Karim takes his time explaining your treatment plan and the staff members treat you like family. You can't go wrong when choosing Blundell Orthodontics. Five stars all around

I will just start by saying that I actually like taking my son to his appointments!! I had finished the braces journey with my older son who's orthodontist was in New Westminster (I live in Richmond) so we visited a few offices for my younger son's braces before we decided on Dr. Karim. Best Orthodontist decision EVER!! I think I maybe saw my olders son's ortho 2x in 3 years? Dr. Karim always takes the time to say hello, ask how things are going, keeps me updated etc. He is a wonderful, kind man plus the fact he is a is skilled professional. The office staff, Virginia and Lisa are so sweet, I never feel like it's an inconvenience to call them to change an appointment (which I felt like it was with my older son's ortho office staff). The assistants Donna, Robyn (and I'm so sorry I can't remember the 3rd. assistants name) but they are are super awesome, friendly and professional. You can just tell that people like working for Dr. Karim, that speaks volumes to the type of professional that he is. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Karim's office to anyone and everyone who asked about our ortho journey.

Dr. Asef Karim is extremely professional and compassionate about his patients. His problem solving skills and attention to detail is impressive.He has a hard working attitude and his team provides the highest quality orthodontic care in Richmond. The receptionists are lovely and put in effort to make a connection with my mom. English and Mandarin friendly!Dr. Karim has provided me all the tools and knowledge for me to succeed in my orthodontic journey, I am extremely happy with my current progress.I have had many incidents where my brackets fell off due to my improper eating habits, and they've helped me put them back on the same day without an appointment.He and his team have an outstanding attitude! I've never heard so much laughter in a dental workplace!ALL my appointments have started on time or before.I was not asked to write this, I genuinely feel like Dr. Karim and his team goes above and beyond for their patients. I highly recommend having treatment by Doctor Karim, he is extremely professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. He is kind and makes you not only feel like a patient but a friend, my Invisalign treatment has been nothing short of amazing and I’m very happy with my teeth and the process, I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

If you or your child need any orthodontic services, I would totally recommend this clinic. The whole experience was a pleasure. From Debra to the front staff (Lisa and Virginia), to the awesome orthodontic assistants, and the fabulous Dr. Karim. They are all so friendly and accommodating and do fabulous work. They made my experience, as an adult getting braces, a pleasure. Both my kids have had work done here and the staff do a great job at putting the kids at ease.
