Went to the McDonalds on Hwy 12 and Murphy Rd today. It was terrible. Ordered a poutine and the fries were actually swimming in the gravy there was so much of it. The McDouble had way too much salt on it. Ended up throwing both items out.Not the first time I was disappointed in the quality of their food either.

Slowest service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to! Spent 15 minutes in the drive through with no one infront of me waiting for them to take the order only to mess it up. Kids that work inside just joking around and not doing their jobs.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Unacceptable. If you're under staffed" it must be a chronic condition because this isn't the first time and judging by the number of 1 star reviews that say the same thing

The restaurant was nice and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We came to this location for their playplace though, and it was so dirty and grimy, and there wasn't any seating in the area. It was a last resort, so we stayed to let our kids play, but I wouldn't return for the playplace again. Hands were washed very thoroughly after we left.

I was recently looking for a good reason to stop eating at this fastfood chain, and now I have one. This store!The staff here are incompetent, rude, slow, and condescending, and they can't do even the most basic of tasks. I've no idea how they still have jobs. I waited more than 20 minues for one burger and one small fry, and I could 'see' the staff messing around through the windows. So much for 'fast' food.Oh well, if there's one positive from this experience, its that I'll never be back to any McDonnalds. Thanks Orillia McDonnalds!

This McDonalds is fast and the service is great. Moreover, this was the location of my son's first official job, and they treated him very well and followed safety protocols, which is always a concern where young people are concerned. Management here have been doing this awhile and they are VERY good at their jobs. Thank you!

The farther kiosk hasn't worked in Months. You can spend your time putting your order in. Then when you go to pay it won't accept chip you have to mag swipe. Which it then declines every single time.So if you want your stuff you have to print your ticket then wait at the counter line to pay anyways.How has this been an issue for MONTH?! Are these machines made by the same company that makes the ice creme machines?

Took forever to get the food for dining in. Placed the order on the machine, there were no print out with the order number..it was chaotic since they weren't processing the orders in order of receipt. It took them 25 mn to give a french fries and a burger! People choose fast food because it includes the word FAST!!
