Simply the best. I called Mark after having an offer accepted on a multi unit house, I needed an inspection within 3 days and he got me in right away. Mark goes over every nook and cranny throughout the house and is very kind during the whole process. So many things that I would not even look twice at he pointed out. Throughout the house he gave his knowledge on not only things that were wrong but also suggestions on how to fix various locations. I will definitely be using Mark in the future.

Mark was incredibly professional. He inspected a duplex that I plan to purchase. Very detailed with his inspection. Unfortunately this happened in the midst of Covid, but Mark put on his mask right away when I arrived at the house. He walked me through everything and provided it all in a very detailed document. I would absolutely use him again if I needed another home inspection in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase a new home.

Mark provided an excellent inspection. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining and confirming that I understood the area's of concern. We received a very detailed digital inspection report a few hours later, along with a lifetime subscription to the homeowners binder. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Mark for all of my future home inspections.

Mark did a great job with the inspection of our new home. He identified a lot of issues which we were able to get the seller to repair. He also showed us other things to keep an eye on and ways to be proactive in protecting our new house. He performed a re-inspection (after the seller made the repairs) for a very reasonable price and came out to the house on extremely short notice on a holiday. Mark was a tremendous help to us first-time home buyers!

Mark was extremely thorough with our inspection and went to great lengths to make sure he examined even inch of the house. We have used three different inspectors in our house hunting adventures this year. I wish I had found Mark to begin with! He was able to confirm an inspection date on a weekend (very responsive), he arrived on-site prior to the appointment (on time) and he was very thorough in the inspection (professional and knowledgeable). As someone who was completely unaware of house related items, what's good and what is bad, Mark was able to talk through (and educate!) me on every aspect of the inspection and how that relates to the house as it stands today vs maintenance items vs major red flags. You put your faith in an inspector to give you their professional opinion on a house before making such a major decision. Mark made me feel comfortable with the information to make an educated decision. I would highly recommend him!!

Mark is amazing! He is extremely thorough, professional, easy to get along with, I can't say enough how great he is as an inspector. If you need to hire one, you will not be disappointed. His attention to detail gave us the tools to know whether a house would have been a good buy or not.

I would 100% recommend Mark if you're in need of a home inspection!We were first time homebuyers needing an inspection, the appointment was at 2 PM, I was there at 1:55 PM he was already on the roof and had already inspected the garage before I got there!He explained everything! I'm not familiar with home inspections but I left feeling like I knew exactly what was going on. Not only did he explain things that needed to be done immediately, he also let us know about things that needed maintenance and how often, and things that would need to be done in the near future.I was expecting the cost of a home inspection to be near $600 but the cost was under $400! Not only that, but we had the inspection report 1 HOUR after the inspection ended!Mark is good at what he does. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had 4 other home inspectors recommended to me but went with Mark because all of his reviews said the same, great things. They are all true!
