Went there just to look, thought we were walking out with nothing. Sat in an electric relining couch that curved with 3 chairs that reclined, each chair had a cup holder and lights under the couch and cup holders. It was so comfortable and an awesome price. I fell in love and bought it. No pressure from the sales people with free delivery. Staff willing to accommodate delivery needs. Was an unexpected purchase, but I am so thrilled I went to look.

The last time I visited this place there were some pretty strong and odd odours throughout the store, more than the smell of new furniture, maybe some kind of water damage? I had the displeasure of using what passes for a public washroom here. It was a mess, garbage not emptied in days and for the arachnid fans a nice huge spider on the ceiling. I have purchased furniture here and I'm not impressed at all by the durability though this will vary by what you buy of course. Also, the salesmen are way too clingy and sometimes you forcefully have to tell them to leave you alone while you browse. I feel a bit bad for this bad of a review but they earned it.

I bought an electric chair two years ago and i love the chair but it stopped working. I spoke with the folks at Renaud's on Friday and Monday morning someone came by and my chair is fixed. Love the friendliness and service!
