Dr. Brock was absolutely phenomenal. It was our first time meeting him and he was incredibly thorough in explaining each recommendation. He was personable, kind and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy to have found the perfect Vet for my furry buddy! My dog enjoyed his visit so much that he tried to follow Dr Brock instead when we were leaving.I could not recommend enough. Thank you kindly for your time and effort Dr. Brock!!

My family had our pup seeing the veterinarians at this clinic since the day we got her. Right up until her final moments, this clinic was amazing. We did take her there when it was time to say goodbye and the staff was incredible. They were comforting and respectful, even sent us a condolences card. They truly care about pets and their owners. Could not recommend a better clinic. Can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of our Missy throughout her 14 years.

Dr Jaime Cormack is the worst vet we've ever seen in all our years of having pets, she was ignorant and arrogant, when she found out we were going to just go see our regular vet the following day and weren't willing to spend $1000 dollars on unnecessary treatments, she threatened us with calling the humane society and report us for animal abuse. Even though we followed up with our vet the next day, today animal services showed up at our house. They spoke with our vet and closed the case. We will never recommend that place to anyone ever and encourage you to stay away. DR Cormack should not be in this field, she even told us at the beginning of our visit that she had never seen a puppy this young before, my wife and I just shook our heads when we left this visit.

Dr Justine Williams, Tracy Wicks, the girls working up front, all provide outstanding care and attention to your animals. I am very grateful for the compassionate care offered and know my animals are in good hands when we visit. Highly recommend!

This clinic is wonderful, all the vets are so caring and knowledgeable, the reception staff are always so kind and accommodating. It really takes the stress out of a trip to the vet when you know your pets will be in such good hands. The online portal is super handy, all kinds of convenient. Both my pups will be going to this office for years to come!

We can say enough about how amazing Dr.Brock was! Very knowledgeable, very gentle and caring towards our kitten. I think she liked him more than we did! He was very honest and didn’t run or do anything that was not needed. We will be seeing him for future visits. The other employees were great and handled her with great care.

I went to this vet because I couldn’t get into mine, my 15 year old dog had a tooth infection and I was happy with the service at the time. About 2 weeks later I received a call to bring my dog back in for a checkup and told them he was doing great and there was no reason to pay for a check up visit. A day later I received a phone call from the vet threatening to call animal services because they just knew my dog was in horrible pain (which he definitely was not, he was eating really well and acting totally normal) if I didn’t bring him in for a checkup. I took him to my vet and he was fine. From reading other reviews from here this is not the first time customers have been threatened and treated with disrespect. I would definitely not recommend anyone bring your pet here.

First time being in a vet since our one cat passed from cancer. Front staff was very stand offish and not nice at all, then Vet came in not nice at all, I explained that this was the first time that I have been in a vet since our cat passed, they did not care at all. Instead they offered me a payment plan like some sales person to clean our cats teeth.I have never met someone so cold especially when they deal with your fur babies, I will never be back or recommend going to this place.

Dr Tess McGarvey and the nurses made our experience as great as it could have been. I was very anxious and scared to bring my cat in for dental surgery but she was extremely thorough, communicative and honest about his pre-bloodwork and kept me as up to date as possible throughout the day of his surgery. When I brought him home he didn’t seem to be in any pain and the whole situation was a big relief. I hope he never has to have surgery again but if he does I’ll for sure see her again!
