Outstanding service and job well done! Jesse was very professional, quick to respond and on time as scheduled. We had de-mossing and treatment to our roof, gutter cleaning and widows washed. We are a 22 unit townhouse complex that contracted South Wind Property Services to clean our vinyl siding, gutters (inside and out) as well as wash the outside surface of our windows. Jessie was chosen from a number of local cleaning services and given the opportunity to do the work in our complex. For the most part he did all the work himself. I canvassed the owners after the job was complete and everyone who responded to me all said how polite and professional he was whenever they had any interaction with him. Jessie’s quote and billing came in as expected. All in all we were happy with the out come of our experience with South Wind Property Services.

My mom had Jesse come out and clean her roof and the gutters. Big job and done in 1 afternoon. My mom says he’s super friendly, courteous, efficient and cleaned up after he was done. No wait time to get him booked! She would whole heartedly recommend him and will use him again! Thanks Jesse.

We had Jesse come to do moss removal/treatment and gutter cleaning on our large and high roof, today. He showed up on time and was so courteous and efficient. He spent over 4 hours here and did a super job, including cleanup of the moss that had fallen around the house. His price was excellent and true to the quote.
