Great place, amazing service. I had an issue with recessed lighting, they helped solve the problem with a solution that was cheaper than I thought, and provided me with prompt answers and were extremely friendly. I don't live in the area and just happened to be there by chance, but I'll only be buying lights from there from now on; making the trip is worth it.

Very nice store. They have pretty much anything you are looking for with different qualities and price ranges. They can even help me out by planning my lighting for the whole house, taking a lot of time and stress off of renovating or building a new home.Thanks multi luminaire!

Ended up buying from here, but I think this is my first and last time in this store or at least to buy from this store. Staff is really hard to get, but at least they are friendly. Not sure how much more useful they are compared to shopping on their website. In store there is no information at all as to what you are seeing. I was expecting more information then there is on the website, but i was wrong!Lessons learned, shop online and go in store only if there are some that you want to look at and see what it looks like. If not save your self a trip as there is nothing there to help you buy

Lots of loghts to choose from. A bit more inventory than I can handle thought. I'll have to go back for a second half. Somewhat pricey though especially the nicer stuff that could run in the $2k range.

Not many choices available here in Montreal, in terms of lighting fixtures. It seems, they order on basis of your purchase(nothing is in stock) but this place has the worst customer service with attitude. 4weeks after the purchase, they do not know where their shipment is, and keep saying that it is not their fault....and then whose fault is it? Irresponsible seller. Will not buy from this store again.
