To be completely honest, I wish I could put 6 stars. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. Being in a pandemic, we were a bit nervous about selling our home. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we would be sold in no time, and he was right! Top 3 favourite things about Brian:1. Patient. If we didn’t like a house, he didn’t care as he would always say “we will find something, we have lots of time”. He wasn’t trying to force us to settle for something so he could get paid. He didn’t try to “bandaid” the things we didn’t like about a house to try and convince us. His patience really stood out to us.2. Reliable. Brian was always available whether it was via text, phone call or email. My husband and I were literally living on “Realtor.ca” and we would send him questions about multiple different properties at all hours of the day and he was always able to get back to us with answers. With homes selling so fast, we needed to be able to quickly book showings and Brian was on top of that too. He was always available to come see a house with us.3. Caring. Brian has a big heart and cares so much about his clients. We have two little girls and he always made sure to speak to them and keep them involved in our conversations. It’s nice to have a realtor who cares about your family and how you are doing instead of just worrying about their commission.Thank you Brian. You ROCK!!
