I was shopping online to find the best rate for the renewal of my mortgage. I found Chadi's number on Google and gave him a call. He not only gave me an excellent rate but guided me with excellent advice. He took the time to explain me the difference between fix and variable rates. Within 2 weeks I was at the notary and my new mortgage was disbursed. I highly recommend.
