I ' m really happy with the service I've received from Positive Kids. My child has ADHD and there were not a lot of therapy options for services for this population. My son is still seeing his therapist and he's excited to go to his sessions. I see that his self esteem is increasing and I'll probably continue to use these services for quite a big longer.

My daughter was seeing a therapist here for 3-4 months (video conferencing due to lock down). I never got any updates or information as to what her diagnosis was. When I called the doctor (phone number on the invoices) the doctor told me that she had never heard of my daughter and my daughter was not on her list of Clients. She also told me that the invoice numbers on the invoices Positive Kids had sent me were not hers. I had paid over $800 at this point. Daughter is no better, I have no idea if she was even seeing a qualified professional. I've now lodged an investigation due to these business practices.

Great program! Helped give our kids (and us) the tools to deal with their feelings and big emotions, using positive attitudes and reinforcements. The kids loved going every week, and we are looking forward to the next session!

Awful! They market themselves well and have a good sales pitch but disappointingly their delivery is poor. Their staff come off as inexperienced and not good with children, which can cause more harm than good.

My daughter with ADHD has been going to weekly counseling for a few months and the summer camp for 5 weeks. She has absolutely loved the counseling and the camp has really helped her improve her social skills. The team continues to provide her support and guidance with any challenges she has come across and she has gained great knowledge and confidence. I am extremely impressed and feel very blessed to have found this amazing organization! Thank you so much to the Positive Kids team.

Very disappointed. Phoned them to book a counselling session for my daughter. I received an email with booking details with name of therapist and was asked to input credit card details even before assessment session. When asked for details of working experience of the therapist with young kids, I was told that they are very busy to answer such question so I better look someone else or contact them when I am ready. Ready for what? ready to pay? all they want is to grab your precious $$ and let your kid with an inexperienced therapist to make your child situation even worst. Would never recommend them to anyone. Nice luring website though.

Wonderful programs that are ran professionally and efficiently. They truly know what they are doing and do treat each child as their own. Alice the owner in my experience I found to be honest and very invested in ensuring the kids have the most positive and rewarding outcome with their experience. Positive Kids and truly a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE was had! I most definitely would recommend this company.

Alice provided exceptional counselling, compassion and commitment. We searched various options for our children and are so glad we decided on Positive Kids. In only a few sessions, we observed very positive changes and are seeing big improvements in our children's ability to focus and exercise self-control at school and at home. This is an excellent program that promotes life-long well-being for kids and families.

I have utmost appreciation for the services offered by Alice and her team at Positive Kids Inc. I must admit, in my experience, there are hardly other child psychotherapists who show such a high level of professionalism. Their services are very client-focused so I’m not very surprised with the tremendous improvement I’ve observed in my wards’ behaviours and emotional intelligence.I will urge them to continue being a great example for others professionals to emulate.
