I had a Drone system( command start and tracking) installed by Nexgen a few months ago. I didn't want to put up a review till I had a chance to see how it works. This system is great! it's user friendly (even for a 63 yearold) it tracks, it's commands are precise, I'm delighted! The service was excellent I explained what I needed and they custom designed it for me! I have 3 more trucks I'm taking to them . thank you next-gen

Fraser and his crew went OVER AND ABOVE to install my new head unit, speakers, back-up camera (and reconnect my factory DVD player with the new system) in my Toyota Sequoia. Their expertise, care, and attention to detail is TOP NOTCH!!!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that is looking to install/upgrade their car stereo system and/or remote car starter (my son had his remote car starter installed in early 2023. It was installed in a timely manner and has work flawlessly)... and to have the comfort knowing it has been done right!!!

They were very nice and professional, I needed remote start urgently and wasn’t able to wait for an appointment for next week or two. They were very accommodating and fast, install and all, and they explained how to use it as well as different options available . Definitely recommend

Great experience! Replied quickly to email messages arranging the work to be done (remote start). Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning and when I asked where the best place to catch an Uber was (so I could go to work), they kindly booked one for me on their account! That was unexpected but a great customer service perk. My car was done in less than 3hrs and works like a dream.

Brought my 2013 Genesis Coupe in because my dealer installed remote start was setting of the panic alarm (also brought it to Hyundai and they said the remote start itself was shorted out and needed to be replaced) after a quick and friendly conversation with the guys at Next Gen we ended up coming to the conclusion that it was just a loose connecter in the centre console where the proximity key plugs in if it dies.This has to be one of the easiest and best experiences I have had with a shop in the automotive industry!Huge thanks and definitely recommending you guys over the dealer whenever it comes to remote starts!
