I was planning a destination wedding to the Mayan Riviera Mexico for May 2018, and everyone who I spoke to was extremely friendly and informative. Prior to booking with Total Advantage, I contacted several travel agencies to find the best price for my guests, and Total Advantage Travel and Tours offered the trip at the lowest price and had some awesome perks for group bookings! The agent I had booked with is Robert M. Robert is extremely informative and does his job extremely well. He explains things in a clear way and did the booking for the entire group which was just over 50 people. He made the booking process very smooth and we had no issues with anything along the way. Robert is an exceptional employee and a true asset to their team. The group was extremely happy with the booking process. We just got back from the trip last week and all went amazing!
