I had a car certified at Autometrix, and two and a half months later the rear sub-frame rotted causing the rear tire to fold in. I asked Andrea to go over this car with a fine tooth comb when i brought it in for the cert, because my family will be in the car. The owner has history with this vehicle, as well, he has been working on this car for aprox 10 years. he just changed the front sub-frame, you think he would notice the rear. when I called and complained, I was met with attitude, and he in no way offered to help right HIS wrong. I could have and should have reported it to the ministry. People beware... This business is not trust worthy.

Brought my car in to Andre when my car broke and I was in from out of town with very short notice! He got me in right away and was beyond helpful! Showed my everything the car needed, explained things clearly, was honest and a huge help! HIGHLY recommend these guys to do the job on any vehicle. Awesome shop!!

Andre & his staff have been my mechanics for 21 years & counting. He is fully trustworthy & I highly recommend Autometrix. Andre is very straight-forward with each customer, he tells them exactly what the issue with the vehicle is & how much the labour & replacement part is going to cost.
