Butter Chicken Roti - Union Station
Ordered for 12:30 pickup on the ritual app and when I got there the lady had said she “gave” my order to someone else for pickup qs they claimed to be me. Without even checking the person app as proof. After the mix up they remake my order which was mattar paneer roti and the food was absolutely trash. The guy making it rushed, roti was barely filled with Mattar paneer as they used whatever they had remaining in the pan without making more and was tasteless. Wouldn’t reccomend this place at all.First and last time ever buying from here

We ordered and the cook did not seem in any rush to make my food. Food was alright, it was very hot (temperature) that I could not even hold the container without burning me. The taste was ok, wish there was more cauliflower in the mixed vegetable roti. Portion was good.

I ordered Chicken tikka masala with rice. I think paying 18 dollars for this dish is absolutely fruitless. The owner of the restaurant is one of the nicest person I met. The service was good and quick. Talking about the food, I would say the curry base was the same that I tried in many other Indian restaurants. I can’t say it’s an authentic dish. Overall, it was an okay dish to try.

Great experience!!! Speedy service, Huge portion for the price, and can be spiced exactly as you want. I ordered the signature butter chicken roti, which filled me up for lunch, and i had some leftover. I also tried the mango lassi, which was a great combination of flavors between spicy and sweet. Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back!

Had saag paneer roti. I think the Roti wasn’t flavourful. Very bland but besides the flavour the quantity was OK.

This location is in the new food court area, where you'll also find Mean Bao and other delicious food joints.I ordered the Saag Paneer Roti which was grilled to order on their flat top. The carry out paper box is well designed to keep your roti and curry in place. The roti was a nice chewy texture and piping hot. The saag inside the roti had an even consistency that is easily picked up by the roti or by a fork/spoon. The saag was a bit salty for my taste but can be let down with an extra side of rice or roti. You can't go wrong with how they cook the paneer as well. The one order is enough to be split between two meals. Otherwise, you'll be very full after finishing it in one go.The cashier was friendly, and the rest of their team looked happy, even though it was the lunch rush hour.

Second time in this chain. Convinced its not the location, they just have very average food. Mango Lassi: too syrupy, aloo paratha: was more of JUST paratha, coz there wasn’t much of aloo or any spices! samosa chaat tasted more like chana masala, the flavour that makes a good chaat wasn’t there at all.and its so expensive, if i had gotten same type/quantity of food for $10 less I wouldn’t be that disappointed. Cost me almost $30 for food that wasn’t even filling or good.

I wish I could say something other than I didn't know butter chicken could be so bland. This is a popular chain with several locations across the gta and I decided to try it for the first time. I typically frequent other shops that follow the same format of serving curries wrapped in rotis and decided to give Butter Chicken Roti a shot.Really dissapointing flavor and portion. The roti barely filled out the box and hardly had a layer of curry throughout. I'd honestly be OK with that if the butter chicken chicken wasn't so bland, wattery, and underseasoned. Now the Samosa on the other hand was excellent - buttery flakey outside and deliciously seasoned filling - the only reason I'm not giving 2 stars.Definitely won't get the curry again but will absolutely be back for the samosas.
