A professional service, provided a quote and worked very hard to remedy the ice dam on our roof. They cleaned up the work area as well. Would definitely call on them again for roofing and siding maintenance or installation!

I hired First Class on the recommendation of some friends and they did not disappoint! Jordan and his team helped from start to finish through the process of repairing the hail damage to my home, including roof replacement, gutters, siding, and cladding. Jordan helped immensely to navigate the stressful insurance process so that we could obtain the full claim amount to repair our home. All of the trades teams who came to our home were polite, professional, and tidy. Additionally, all of the work was completed on the timelines that were promised. During a hail storm our skylight leaked. We've lived in this house since it was built 12 years ago and this is the first problem we have had with the roof. Our insurance company declined to cover the repairs since their roofing company determined our leak was a result of faulty installation by the company that built the house.We contacted First Class Roofing and they came the next day to inspect and estimate. Their diagnosis was the same as our insurance company's contractor's.They provided a quote and sent a team to do the work. They were very thorough and communicated well through the entire process. They repaired the skylight and took care of a couple of other maintenance tasks (eaves troughs). Complete clean-up after they were done. I have every confidence the job was done right. Cost was very reasonable.I would recommend them to anyone needing similar work done on their roof.

The whole team made an effort to put my mind at ease while working on a repair plan to replace roof, siding and gutters from the July 2021 hail storm. Even when insurance was aggressively pushing back on repairs and asked for more and more proof and pictures, First Class (Jordan) came within 36hrs to take pictures and provide proof that was needed. The whole team was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

They provided excellent service , delivered high quality professional work at a very competitive price.I had sold my house and one of the conditions of the sale was to have new roof, eaves trough and downspout done, as well as some repairs done on the garage flat roof.
