As some others have noticed, the donuts at this location are not very fresh. The donuts we purchased looked great, but upon eating them, we quickly discovered the taste was off - perhaps the oil was being reused. I tried contacting the store by email and someone redirected me to the manager but I never heard back! Disappointed.

Took the opportunity of meeting with international partners to order some custom “logo” donuts from Mavericks in Kanata for my team and our guests. They were a huge success. Looked great, tasted even better, and brought smiles all around. Everything was ready on time for pick up and wonderfully fresh. Ordering was simple, communication with the Mavericks team was clear and reassuring, and everything was completed online. All in all, I was very happy with the experience with the Mavericks team, the design and decorating work to match our logos, and of course, for the delicious donuts we could share with colleagues from Europe.

The customer service was amazing. The donuts were so fresh and delicious. Best donuts I’ve had in a very long time. Amazing establishment.

Store was clean, staff were helpful. The donuts were in no way fresh baked!! For the price I expected a fresh product not days old. Will not be returning.

Cute little doughnut shop with a variety of flavours! Staff is extremely friendly and eager to answer questions. Their doughnuts are super creative and very tasty ! Definitely recommend checking out this doughnut shop !!

It’s always a treat stopping by at Maverick’s. The flavours are fantastic and the donuts are freshly made each morning. I have tried the majority of flavours on various occasions and I’m always happy with my choice! A big thank you to Amal who is always kind and helpful, especially when I can’t make up my mind!

I ordered these donuts from Uber eats and when they arrived multiple donuts were incorrect. If they couldn’t give me the items I asked for the store should have canceled the order instead of sending it anyways. Now Uber refuses to give me any money back even though the donuts I ordered were more expensive than the ones I received. It’s been 3 days now and they won’t help me at all. Extremely disappointed since I have had these donuts before and they were always delicious.
