I am 17 and I was flying alone with a consent form from my parents, however I didn’t know that I needed a notary authorization as well. In panic, I started calling around Toronto to see if anyone would be able to take us in at 7pm without an appointment, considering that my flight was at 10pm! Maxim suggested that he could come to the airport to help us. He came with his adorable daughter, brought everything he needed and everything was done so professionally! I am still amazed by how he genuinely saved my trip because I wouldn’t be able toleave the country if he hadn’t come to the airport and helped us. I am so thankful for his service, he truly cares about the people he works with
