Worst experience in my life. They charged me 2,500 dollars, job was not done. Broken parts on the truck remained unfixed. Don't go and beware.

I own Hino trucks, great truck terrible customer service. A disappointment every time I enter the Windsor location. Only one parts guy that know what he’s doing “Eric” service manager Tom has butchered every job we bring in with incorrect prices and specially most recently a few days after the truck lost one right u bolt and the second one with both bolts gone on it’s way out. Called service manager with concern apologies for missing it during a $400 annual inspection. Did not offer to pay any of the damages of replacing u bolt nuts and plate. Also had to have it towed. MTO would of ate this up alive but didn’t want the attention. It’s a shame.

I always get my truck’s oil changed here. It’s done very professionally, well priced and the best thing is the PM sheet. You know if something is wrong in your truck. But you have to compare price for the parts with 401. Sometimes it is too high here. Overall good people

Used to love this place. Been ,5 star for ,8 years. Mechanics are still top notch. Service advisor is abysmal. Parts desk is good. Hours now suck. Time to move on to new shop.

It seems as this place is always bashing my regular repair shop which is 401 Truck Source.I only have been here a few times whenever 401 truck source is booked up and I can’t get in there right away.401 Truck Source is a great Christian run shop and they always treat their customers well and Expressway is always putting out bad reviews to try and take their business away. How unfair can you get?Just like General Motors does.Any good review at expressway is written by their ownership.

DO NOT bring your truck here for repairs!!!!! We have spent $25,000 in repairs this past year. Most of the repairs had to be done twice! We were charged 2x's for A/C repair, and it still doesn't work, they forgot to refill the radiator, and repaired the DEF and forgot to refill it as well! They make excuses as to why they need to charge for the same repair. Horrible business practice, stay clear from this business at all costs!

Had an air leak on one of my trucks. Sent mt truck there. They replaced the bobtail valve on the rear axel. Charged 1.5 hours plus $360 for the part. Altogether cost around $500. The truck came back to town and its still leaking. They didn't solve the problem at all. Sent the truck out and said it was good to go. Truly unprofessional.
