Needed a furnace repaired. I was expecting to make an appointment but someone showed up the very same day !!It took a couple days to order a part in and then he came back and installed it right away.Absolutely impressive service. The best business for furnaces in the Trail area.

My old furnace stopped working on a Saturday, called Paulsons they came out and said is beyond it’s fixable time, they callled back Monday morning and started to put new furnace in. Excellent job done and up and running with way better heating!

Selfish selfish selfish. Left their trailer in front of my driveway in a way that didn’t allow me to leave with my vehicle.I was trying to get my son to school and there was no one around to move the trailer..: when I called the owner he told me off… and then went and eventually moved the trailer to a reasonable place that allowed for my driveway to be unblocked.My vehicle and property sustained damage trying to leave my driveway - as I needed to get my son to school!!!!!Courtesy is something of a foreign concept to this contractor.

last year I had a problem with my furnace, Paulson came right away and fixed it. This year my furnace was making a weird sound, I called Paulson, they were busy. Paulson called the next day ready to help but my bf fixed the problem.Excellent service, thank you
