This was a positive experience in customer service. The couple who operate the business were friendly and helpful. They really knew what they were doing and it showed. Our screens were original to the house, 1997. Now every screen in our house is brand new and we can throw open the windows or screen door to get in fresh air but leave the bugs outside. Will be getting them back to install a Mirage screen door to our deck as we now know thanks to the Screen Doctor that it can be done.

Gerard and Corinne McCarthy of Doctor Screen Kelowna provided excellent service to us in the repair and replacement of our window and sliding door screens in our Kelowna home. Customer Service that is absolutely top notch! Gerard’s professional handling and meticulous replacement of all my screens provided me with a refreshing and completely positive experience. My screens were removed, replaced and refitted to my windows in a short time. All work was completed at curbside! So pleased to support an independent and local business. We needed a screen replaced on our back patio door. Screen Doctor came right to our home and did it a super job. We then asked about the automatic screen door at our front entrance which has been giving us trouble for years. Screen Doctor agreed to fix it on the same visit. He took it apart, fixed it in his truck and reinstalled it within an hour. It now works like a charm. Based on this visit and the exceptional work he did for us, I would highly recommend Screen Doctor for all your screen needs if you want professional, friendly and prompt service.

Doctor Screen replaced the sliding door to our deck, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. On time and right, and right on budget, too. They even took away the old, banged up door so we didn't have to figure out how to get rid of it. Great, friendly, professional service from both people on the Kelowna team.

The care and attention Corinne and Gerard provided us with was amazing and much appreciated. We had a problem with our screen door that needed immediate attention and they altered their entire schedule to meet our sudden needs. Our experience with Dr. Screen was amazing. Gerard and Corrine were extremely helpful through the whole process. Everything was done right away and in budget.
