One of the best places to get raw meat, but you have to make sure to keep it properly because how they prep them isn’t that good. Some stuff there are expired so you have to check the dates. Some staff are kinda meh but overall it’s a good place when there are no problems.

Meat spoilt 2 days before best before date. Super grocer refused to refund or exchange unless I brought in the packaging and rotten meat which was already discarded. Terrible customer service and sadly will not return.

Purchased flowers and inquired about wrapping- the cashier said $5 and I said I just wanted brown paper around and nothing fancy. She said, “okay go see the florist and she will help you for free.” The florist rips off a piece of brown paper and begins to wrap the flowers until the rude manager came over and muffled under her breath, “you’re taking her job away from her.” I said pardon me? She proceeded to say that I need to pay $5 or wrap myself at home. I felt so bad for the employee who stood there embarrassed. I let the manager know there was a miscommunication and she denied that he policy is very clear… Shame for a small biz to be so rude and defensive. Not going back there.

Love how many plants they have in store and they have many new shipments coming 3 times a week. The price is very reasonable and many locals come to shop for plants weekly. Many kinds of Asian food is available to buy here, not everything is cheap but it's the best local grocery store in this area if you're looking for variety one stop shop.

A great store. Fruit veg prices are very reasonable. Have a good selection & quite a few unusual things like speciality cheese or olives & flowers. Meat generally a good price Staff are very helpful.

This place is a hidden gem grocery store! They sell European cheeses for a super competitive price and have lots of local bakery and niche imported items at reasonable prices! So much variety of foods from so many countries crammed into a fairly medium sized grocery store. It's like an adventure in there. Also... It's the set of some TV shows...In fact, the opening scene of the x-files season 3 episode 17 Pusher" takes place here so it's kinda nostalgic."

Really well stocked and well managed store with great prices and selection of meat and cheeses. Has everything, flower store, veggies, asian foods, snacks, pharmacy, Canada Post. Always go here when I visit Steveston.

This place has a small town market feel to it. It's a good place to buy reasonably priced meats and inexpensive chicken drumsticks. ($2.99/lb).They have a good selection of Asian foods, dairy, frozen foods in addition to the regular supermarket fare. If you like the Asian jelly cups, they usually have a selection on sale.They have a nice flower section, some bedding plants and they sell lottery tickets.Whenever I'm in Steveston, I pop in and have never left empty handed.There is limited parking on the side of the store.
