From the moment we stepped inside the store we felt comfortable with their COVID procedures which were on point. We were greeted by Garry Middleton and he was a great fit for us. We laughed a lot and he answered all my questions that I needed to ask in regards to which bed fit our needs and with my health issues. He was the best, he gave us great deals and we felt like family never felt pushed into buying anything and told us to take our time lying down on each mattress for as long as we needed till we knew which one was the right fit for us. They also did free delivery and took our old mattresses for us, which they will get repurposed and donated to someone in need. Thanks Garry for the great experience and the good laughs, you're the best and we will be coming back very soon to come see you. Sandra and Arron

Purchased a tempur pedic mattress in 2021 from the Langley store for about $5000. We stretched our budget, believing in the sales pitch that indicated this would be the last mattress we would need to purchase for the next 20 or so years.We were promised a better nights sleep, less back pain as the bed contours to your body and a bed that comes with a 10 year warranty. We trusted the salesman and went ahead and bought it. Fast forward to today and the bed has developed large sagging on one side, you can literally roll down from oneside of the bed to the other which makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. I've owned cheaper mattresses before that have lasted way longer than this has.I contacted the store and was advised to contact the Sleep Country customer service line. I opened up a claim with them and provided the requested photographic evidence, abiding to their method of measurement to display product deformities.Our claim was immediately rejected, with tempur-pedic indicating that their is nothing wrong with the mattress. I'm not sure how they are so conclusive in their judgement without actually physically feeling the problem? Maybe their arbitrary measurements do little to convey any performance issues with their mattresses and helps protect them from any warranty claims?I contacted Sleep Country customer service again and got no help. I asked at a minimum if they could send a technician to have a look, which was refused by the rep. Saying, if a tech did come over it would be on my cost and that the tech would not be able to physically touch or lay on the bed.I wish all this would have been explained at the time of purchase. I would have been better off with a cheap mattress, at least I wouldn't have felt as bad as I do right now having wasted $5000. We trusted our hard earned money in Sleep Country, their salespeople and products, I feel cheated and left with a purchase I'm very regretful from ever making.

I have pain my shoulders and arms at night so I decided to spend $200 on two new pillows. The pillows are not working for me and I find them super uncomfortable. Sleep Country does not refund or exchange pillows and honour a satisfaction guarantee. I should have not purchased them in the first place. Biggest regret. While I acknowledge I shouldn't have bought them in the first place, I will not shop with Sleep Country again for not offering better product and satisfaction guarantees as this is something I find valuable when I choose where to spend my money.

Went into sleep country Canada in Langley, BC. Was greeted by Jordan and was very pleasantly surprised of being welcomed by Jordan. He helped my husband and I as to which mattress would be the best for our needs. Jordan explained everything about the mattresses we looked at, and even down to our pillows and bedding. Thank you Jordan for helping us, and thank you for being honest, patient and kind, service like this nowadays is rarely seen. We will be back for our future purchases!!

Very unfortunate that Sleep Country won't honor a warranty for a mattress that was purchased 3 years ago. The springs are completely shot on half the mattress, but the warranty was voided due to a stain from a spill. I don't understand how a problem which is clearly a manufacturing defect isn't covered.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I purchased a mattress and frame from Sleep Country in Langley. The mattress that was delivered was SO HARD -- not like in the store at all. Went to store to exchange 2 days later. Had told salesman it would be in basement. Was sold a replacement that was returned not the tempupedic cooling mattress but a Sealey - a step down but didn’t have to pay anymore money after I lost it on having to pay an extra $1000.00 for an upgraded mattress.I was upfront about where I sleep (cold basement ) and sleep on one side because of sleep apnea and was told should not have been sold first mattress. Now the replacement mattress felt good for a couple of weeks now I feel pain on my hip at night Told only allowed 1 exchange-nothing can be done. Maybe the first exchange should be salesman’s fault for not giving sound advice and just trying to make a sale. Had a total of maybe 5 hours sleep in 2 nights before going back and slept on couch until replacement was delivered. It was like sleeping on a stack of plywood.

Jordan at Sleep Country is extremely knowledgeable and friendly with helping us find a suitable mattress. He took the time to explain all the differences and was able to find the perfect mattress for us. He was able to get us the best value and made it a personable experience.

I had a great experience with Jordan in picking out a new mattress. He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out an amazing mattress. I never felt rushed as he took his time getting me to try out different kinds of mattresses. I am very happy he got me to try out different styles because what I was originally looking for wasn’t at all what was a best fit.The delivery service was very efficient and seamless. I am so happy with my new mattress.Thank you Jordan for your knowledge and guidance!

We had the best experience here after getting the worst from the brick. We were treated well, and we feel like we got an amazing deal. Let me just say how wonderful Jordan is and how we appreciated his knowledge and care to finding us our new bed. We went with Casper and I am not disappointed. You rock. All employees should be like Jordan haha. Highly recommend this location if you love fair prices, respect and a happy environment.
