Stopped to get a quick lunch before visiting my Mom, very tasty soup but as usual the coffee was only so so.

Food is good when the order is right. Staff always rush you as fast as they can. They were in such a hurry that the cashier forgot to cash me out before giving me my order and walked away. When he returned and saw me still there he asked if I needed anything else and then finally realized I hadn’t paid yet.

Love Tim Hortons very disappointed for the first time in my life. My husband and I ordered toasted bagels through the drive through neither was toasted or cut. Went back in the staff was goofing around not doing there job. Let them know politely that the bagels were not toasted. Gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe the toaster was not working. They gave me new toasted bagels. When I was leaving I heard one of the girls say make sure you toast those bagels to another girl. The bagels were still not toasted properly. The people you have just don't care. Have been here many times my food has always been amazing. This bunch you had working this day just don't care. I'm sure I'm not the first customer they have disappointed.

I ordered 3 items off the menu and all 3 items were messed up or incorrect. Take at least a hair of pride in what you do, regardless of what it is.

Although it was a perfect Cofee We had and nice employees we met, but the entire place is so dirty! I can’t believe such disgusting place - I got some photos- pls fix that quickly

I don’t know what kind of half assery this is? Half the bowl is filled and chicken is not even cut OR cooked. I paid $10 so I ate it… But if I get salmonella I’m suing. Used to be a daily customer here but I will take my coffee and lunch money elsewhere

This location is the worst. They mess up my order at least once a week. Unfortunately, they're the only Tim's on my daily route.I think I'll start leaving for work early just to go to the Tim's on Wonderland.

Worst Tim Hortons in London. They never have chicken or steak. The last two times I have come here they have literally told me that they have no hot food. What is the point of being open? Oh, and my bagel with butter that I ordered (because that's all they had) didn't even have butter.This place is Garbage.
