I have had nothing short of a great experience with Dr.Sims and his team. Dr.Sims himself is very professional and kind and makes his clients feel important. Teresa at the front desk is incredibly helpful and always in a great mood. Normally teeth cleaning it is something that I do not enjoy and would rather just have my mouth frozen and do cavities so I do not feel anything lol but Selena does an incredible job at being sensitive while also being able to complete the cleaning with a high standard of satisfaction. Love the GBT machine that she uses to clean teeth! Would HIGHLY recommend this office and the work they do! :)

Totally professional in all areas. Dr. Sims goes beyond any other dentist I have ever had in explaining what he is about to do and is concerned about any discomfort, even though I didn't have any!Would recommend him and the office to anyone.

10/10 service and expertise. I would particularly recommend this office if you have anxiety around dentist visits. Dr. Sims has a very gentle and reassuring manner. Selina is a wonderful hygienist who takes pride in her work and has great attention to detail.

Dr. Sims is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, I am a nervous dental patient to say the least, and he was very kind and patient. He took the time to explain procedures in detail and was very calm and reassuring. His staff, the lovely Welsh receptionist and the dental hygienist Caitlin, were also very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. In one visit, Dr. Sims dismantled my phobia of dentists! :)
