Bob and Pam are wonderful! Such a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Pam had her hands full (literally) with our large Golden Retriever. but what an amazing job Pam did. Dodge " looks great! My husband says that its the best "Dodge" has looked after a grooming. (He gets groomed lots!) Pam followed through with all of our requests with flying colours. Thanks so much folks. We will be back for sure!"

Huntsville Highlands Pet Resort
We had a dog who often got nose bleeds during grooming because of stress, but Pam always took extra time with him to make sure he didn’t have a negative experience, and he never had a nose bleed. Now, we have a puppy and take him to Pam as well. Her compassion, patience and skills are top notch!! Bob and the staff are wonderful with the dogs, and while we haven’t used their overnight boarding services, we have taken our pup for doggie daycare and I only have good things to say. If you’re looking for a groomer or to board your pet, definitely give Huntsville Highlands Pet Resort a call! You won’t be disappointed.

We brought our 2 year old, Sophie and she was treated with loving kindness. Bob and Pam treat all the animals they care for like they would their own. I have booked her for another 2 sleepovers and a 2 week holiday. I recommend this wonderful, caring facility. We feel extremely happy we found a place that will take care of Sophie as we would. Definitely a 5 star

Very thankful that Bob was able to accommodate a boarding request at the last minute. Matrix had tonnes of fun with some new friends, and will gladly return when we require boarding services in the future.

Took my dog in last week. Super happy with their kind service and technical expertise. I'll be back in the future. They also ensured my dogs' safety as well as other guest dogs by removing any animals from a dog entering the space. You never know how they can react and I appreciate that attention to detail.

I am super happy with the quality of service Pam, Bob and the team at Huntsville Highlands Pet Resort deliver. I started taking my Standard Schnauzer Webster in for nail trims and recently for his first grooming with them. Pam and Bob are excellent with my dog as he can be a little skittish and nervous at times. On grooming day Pam took the time to listen and understand how I wanted him to look. The end result, he looked perfect! Highly recommend you try them out!
