The owner is always very helpful and generous. I have been his client more than 20 years, The glasses are so comfortable and last longer. One pair of glasses can last for 5 years, Dr. Teliani is very friendly and wonderful Optometrist there. The eye examination is very detail. Her referral to the eye specialist are fast. Excellent service and excellent eye exam.

At Super Optical the quality of the glasses is excellent. In our experience, even high-end" opticians don't have the same quality or expertise. Victor's workmanship is excellent. And the glasses are reasonably priced! He demonstrates a high level of professionalism and honesty. We also appreciate that he doesn't try to oversell you."

Very nice and helpful Chinese folks. Family business.Nice, good looking frames and optics (just don't expect the latest brand fashion) at very reasonable prices. My multi-focals with transition and frames that fit like they were designed for my head costed me just $600 in 2023.The optometrist there seems to be pretty booked. The standard exam was $100 in 2023.100% recommendation.

I had previously bought glasses from here before in July 2018 submitted to Manulife no problem and got reimbursed. I was due for new glasses this year and went back to Super optical where I had a good experience and found good frames. I opted this time to get new lenses instead of a whole new set of glasses. I paid $205.00 and when I submitted it to manulife it as DENIED reimbursement because of the provider. I called manulife to ask further why I wasn't getting reimbursed and they said super optical had been audited and was no longer on their list of places they would reimburse and they should have told me that when I purchased the glasses. I then called super optical and the owner said he knew there was problems with Manulife but i could just submit it online and get my money" which is what i already did. I then said well i guess you are going to just loose customers then since your business ethics arent very good and he didn't seem concerned and said he guesses he will have to talk to them and said ok bye. I have taken this up with a manager at manulife regarding the fact inbeween my glasses time frame i didnt know they had been audited and black listed that why would i go and check from somewhere i already known to not have a problem. I am hoping they are able to reimburse my money but i dont want this to happen TO ANYONE ELSE. IF YOU HAVE MANULIFE BENEFITS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FOR LENSES FRAMES EYE EXAM ANYTHING from this provider."

My husband and I have been getting our glasses from Vincent for about the last 12 years. We have ALWAYS received excellent, efficient, quality products and service. His prices are exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who needs eye wear, go to this Super Optical.

Just recently had a screw come out of my sun glassess, and lense popped out. The gentlemen (owner), fixed my glasses while i waited. Very friendly and I would highly recommend this place.
