Fast Lube / Ken's Auto Repair

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, well in advance, for today's date to have my car diagnosed and winter tires put on. Tried calling about 20 times in the morning, as I was told the owner would be in at 8am when I called to make the appointment. I wanted to call to inform them that someone else would be dropping off the car, and to confirm that the work could be done today. No one answered the phone at all from 8am well beyond 9am, past their opening time. When my friend arrived with the car just after 9am she was sent away and told that there was no appointment, with no attempt to phone me or rectify their scheduling issue. I spoke with the owner and wrote down all the information 2 weeks ago, planning ahead to avoid waiting longer with the winter tire rush, so its evident the appointment was disregarded in favour of walk-ins or not recorded at all. Very poor service for such a highly reviewed mechanic, and I have taken my business elsewhere as they CONTINUE to not answer their phones, and their voicemail is full. You will not receive the time of day if you are not an existing client, evidently. Don't bother.

Every time I go to sudbury to visit my cousin I take my car to Ken's shop for an oil change and maintenance and he always does a fantastic job and takes extra special care of my vehicle . Highly recommend everyone and anyone if your looking for fast and reliable and fair prices go see Ken.

Ken and his team where referred by am auto body shop in town, they are honest and trust worthy. Their prices are fair and the service is amazing! I am hanging on to these guys!

Ken was absolutely amazing he worked with me and communicated so well regarding my car. I brought my car in to just get looked at after running into some issues after doing some work to my car myself. Awesome service and a great person. First time dealing with him. I recommend him. :)

Ken is honestly the best mechanic I’ve ever had! He fixes my car in a timely matter and never over charges like these other mechanics do. Will never go anywhere else highly recommend

Did great work and better price. Only mechanic that doesn't try to up sell you. Just tells you what needs to be done and price. No games.

one of my coworker recommended me to go there for Rust-Proofing. best undercoating in town , we have brand new driver way so didn't leave a mess on it, it didn't drip, i will go back again for sure

I have known Ken for over 10 years, very honest, Fair prices. If there's something doesn't need to be fixed he will let you know right away. Best mechanic in town thank you for your awesome customer service.

Great Mechanic friendly staff, went in to get my oil changed and breaks fixed and was in and out. Sometimes I get nervous going to mechanics as a women not knowing much about cars but honestly ken made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.
