High prices and if your boots don't feel right after a couple days. You can't return them. Will never shop there again. Mark's Workware house is far better.

The staff here are always very helpful and genuinely kind. The staff member working at 9am this morning (I forgot to ask for her name) was amazing! It is great to have a retail store in town with such a great selection of work boots and also great hours and exceptional customer service!

Bought a pair of boots wore at work just 2hours an the left one was hurting my foot in a bad way right one was good ,,tried to exchange them an no exchanges or refund definitely will never shop here again an wont recommend it to anyone

I been buying boots from this company for years. Spent thousands of dollars. Last pair of boots I bought gave me bad blisters. They wouldnt exchange them for a different pair cause I wore them once. F u work authority Bellville. Taking my business elsewhere for many years to come! Lost a good customer.

I went in and bought a pair of the Baffin Industrial rubber boots. It was a great experience the staff was great and got me what I wanted. Love the boots and will definitely be going to make another purchase soon.

Got a new pair of boots there after a lovely lady helped me. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the boots comfort and fit. The next person who helped me happily assisted in exchanging the boots for a better fit! I was beyond thrilled with the whole experience!
