Room could have been better maintenanced, a window was missing a latch preventing it from closing and the phone was not working.Overall with the added hospitality and features, I would totally book again with the high hopes of having the front desk clerk and all of the workers there, they were all quite friendly.Valet service was good, however when picking up our vehicle we were forgotten.No miss for our wanting to come back, however some guests may not be as courteous which is the only reason I bring any of the above up.It was a pleasure staying, the bathroom was superb, and the kindness of all employees was noticed.Hoping next time I get a bit better of a room, and the same experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location. There's valet service to bring you to anywhere downtown. The room is pretty alright with nice toiletries (unfortunately not locally sourced or produced). The air conditioning was a tad too noisy for our liking. Otherwise a great stay. Thanks to Kity and Sheba for making our check-out process seamless!

Arrived at 8:30am from Australia and our room was available (at no extra cost) which was great after 23 hours of flying.Jean checked us in and offered us complimentary breakfast and wine tasting, what a legend!The room was clean and tidy, really good shower head and towels, the beds are very comfortable also.Starbucks, 7 Eleven and a supermarket are a block away which is very convenient.Great hotel, would stay here again for sure.

Great location to stay in Vancouver BC. Close to the happening streets in downtown like Davie and Granville. Walking distance to great restaurants and quick Uber rides to all attractions and Stanley park.Room was underwhelming - the bathroom amenities didn’t live up the room rate, the furniture and carpeting etc were closer to a motel than an downtown hotel. TV was a throwback from 90s.Restaurant is non-existent, lobby is cramped, elevators look like service lifts, and the hallways are musty.But - Vancouver hotels are expensive so this may not be a bad choice for budget conscious travelers.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!- Bad views- Overpriced- TV does not work- Rude staff- Unpleasing breakfast- No regards for their customer. No refund or compensation as there are too many customers with bas experiences and cannot afford to compensate them all...Will not be going back. It's worth downsizing or paying a little bit extra to stay somewhere where they will want to take care of you.

My partner and I stayed for just one night but our stay couldn’t be better - we got upgraded from a queen bed to a king bed with a jacuzzi, and generally received very good treatment, especially from Kiti! We also parked our car and the hotel staff was very accommodating in letting us keep it there until our late flight (at 9pm) the next day.On top of that, it’s in a fantastic location to walk around downtown Vancouver.

Had booked a queen room with jacuzzi which was not on the website but after calling their front desk, they were able to promptly get me booked in within 2 days notice. Kiti was super helpful, kind and responsive to my multiple questions/calls. Room was older in style but was very clean and the hot tub was amazing! Will definitely come back for the price and service we received!

Rooms are dated and need some love. Bathrooms have been renovated but lack decent water pressure. No bar.AC is VERY loud in the rooms. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner running right by your ear.Small things like water and coffee supplies were not replenished in room on a daily basis.Good location and convenient for walking.

Great staff. Generous upgrades.. nice wine tasting daily. Kiti at front desk was super accommodating. Comfortable bed, updated bathrooms. Plenty of space in room. Construction was only on one side of building and we did not hear any noise at ground level or from our 8th floor room.
