Purchased a sofa where everything from first asking for samples to ordering to communication to delivery was smooth.The staff are friendly over emails and phone calls to ensure I was up to date on the process and the delivery while contracted out in my province was smooth as well. The sofa is exactly as shown, the material even better in person versus my initial reservations when I felt the samples. They even sent along a small token of appreciation for my business.The piece is perfect and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! I did not know that shopping for couches could be such a magical experience. EDB is my new happy place. Really chill vibe yet extremely helpful customer service. They answered all of my questions patiently and didn't bat an eye as my kids proceeded to test" all of the couches in the showroom.Oh yeah

It has been a pleasure dealing with EDB. We started with our first couch from them - the Panorama. There were many delays due to covid, but the EDB was very accommodating. We were so happy with the couch, we ended up buying another couch from them as well. There were delays again, but EDB team was generous and offered pillows and a side table as compensation. They always share a little thank you gift when they deliver the couch as well. Since we've had the couches, I have reached out to them for questions about fabric care, etc, and they have been quick to reply and always helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We recently bought a warehouse couch at 50% off and are absolutely in love with it. So comfortable & stylish! They were very helpful and patient in store. Delivery process was easy - they even removed all the plastic & set it up in my living room.

Pro:- Many good designs couch from the brands- Ordered in Warehouse sale so this couch order got 40% off. The couch was worth the amount I paid for.- Overally, nice quality, very comfy, fabric feel luxe ( mine is sth Velvet Suede)- At first, i was panic when the couch got into my home because i'm not used to the color ( it was a bold choice ) and also, it was bigger than my old couch so I wasn't got used to it right away. Called EDB and they offered reasonable Exchange policy and suggestions to make the couch appear smaller. Anyway, I'm more used to it now, also with some styling, it looks cool again. Unique lemon green color couch.Cons:- Order the couch since December and got them in June. 6 months wait was a pretty long time.Generally, I had good experience.

Amazing sofas, great design and quality for a reasonable price point! I have bought many of their sofas for clients and just got a Dive sectional for myself.UPDATE: I wanted the sofa in a green velvet but it was not in stock so they offered to send me a grey one and order the slipcovers for an extra cost, which i accepted. It was supposed to take 12-16 weeks.They proceeded to tell me every three months that the covers were coming only to end up saying they were not available.It took ELEVEN months to arrive and I had to be constantly following up with them, it was exhausting. They promised me free decorative pillows and a terrazzo decor item as compensation that they never sent.They advertise having so many fun colours available but their supply chain is clearly not working. If you buy from them do not risk ordering something that is back order, only get items that are in stock. Many other people have told me exactly the same thing about dealing with EDB.I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this company to my clients ever again, their products are beautiful and well priced but they simply cannot deliver anything that is not in stock.

Love my élément de base couch! I purchased the boost in cinnamon in July and they estimated early October for delivery but it was ready by Sept 1! They were super helpful scheduling delivery and the delivery men were very professional and efficient.Anytime friends come over they always compliment the couch - it’s just very different from what else is on the market!

We bought the Boost sectional in velvet olive and it’s just beautiful. We dealt with Sean who was just amazing. The sectional was ordered end of July and we were supposed to receive it by November but we got it end of September. We love it!!! We also ordered 2 perplexe green tables that look gorgeous and are multi-use. This couch is definitely beautiful. The removable cover are super practical, especially with a 1 year old. Amazing customer experience.

Love the couch we bought from edb! It is exactly what we were looking for: great lines (timeless couch while also having interesting elements), local company, and entirely washable! We think it's wonderful (and eco-friendly) that all the upholstery can easily be changed if ever we want to switch up the look of the couch.The service was great and very helpful: the associate in store gave us fabric samples to help with matching our decor, delivery only took a week (advantage of a local company) and assembly was included! Great after-service as well: we wanted an extra assembly piece and received it for free within days of calling to ask if it was possible.

THIS is the PERFECT PLACE to get your own sofa. I am the new comer to Montreal and so searching for the comfy sofa all around the city. I have been to more than 10 furniture stores and find here. When I have tried GRIZZLY, I can just know that it is the one I was looking for. It is very comfortable and soft but not too soft so that I can lean on.The staffs are so nice and gentle, I and my hubby can look around and try seating and lying freely. When I have some questions, they responds right away.EDB sofas can be customized with choosing the set, textile of covers. Thus, I can choose the right set suit for my home. Luckily I could get the on-site visit discount and GRIZZLY was in stock at that time.The sofa was delivered in 10 days, and the delivery service was also perfect. I have enjoyed stucking in the sofa for about half months. I highly recommend this place. If you want to buy sofa, you should try !FYI, considering the price, it is much reasonable than IKEA.
