SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls

Had a water loss in my home that affected two floors. I ended up having demolition done on my basement den and my kitchen. The both of them that came here was Josh and Aaron they both were not only very trust worthy I was comfortable with leaving them alone in my home. The containment they built to seal off my kitchen was absolutely fantastic. The demolition they did aside from the obvious something was done it was all very clean and organized. These two are a great asset to this company and would recommend the two of them every time.

I had called another company not knowing about SERVPRO and never got a call back after waiting a full business day. I called SERVPRO after 4pm not expecting to have anyone dispatched until the next day at least. To my surprise, I was told they would be to my house within 90 minutes. Josh and Issac showed up right at 6pm and immediately got to work. They were kind and courteous and explained everything to me. They said I would probably need a microbial spray the next day and to call or text when. I was home. I did that, and within 1 hour Shawn and Nate came by. They were also very kind and courteous and communicated the next steps to me and made sure everything was squared away! I highly recommend SERVPRO.

Kudos to Stephanie Coggle, Administrative Assistance, for the professional manner that she handled our project. She got us to the right people, helped facilitate a quick resolution to our problem, and made sure all invoicing and payments were handled easily and speedily. Its great when the behind the scenes people at a company are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use ServPro again when we have a difficult clean-up project.

J.R. & Aaron did an wonderful job cleaning up the area underneath our home after skunks sprayed our home three separate times. The house was uninhabitable for quite some time, but with the work they put into cleaning out the area, as well as the aftermath left by the skunks, and using fans consistently, we are back to life as normal. J.R. & Aaron always let us know when they’d be back out to the house, and were always prompt, allowing me to go about my day without interruption. The temperature ran -20, but they didn’t skip a beat. Thanks for the awesome job.

After my mother had a house fire, Tina and the Servpro team came to assist. Working with Tina was great. She is very responsive and available during the process. The team is patient and accommodating during what can be a very difficult time.

These men were timely, thorough, kind, and considerate! Jeremy Boone was timely and an excellent communicator! He and his partner, Nick Gaines were incredibly hard workers, considerate and thorough both of them! Josh Wittenberg, and Tony Murphy came to help take all the equipment out, they were also friendly and very hard workers! I highly recommend this company to anyone with problems! They are the consummate professionals!

I honestly don't know what I would do without Servpro. Shawn and Tony have been there to help with my house. Thank you guys for being able to work with me. They have been so helpful with everything that my house has gone through in the last three years. I truly appreciate all you guys have done for me in the past three years. The techs, Shawn and Tony in Great Falls, MT were timely, very professional, well educated on their duties, polite, personable, and productive. The service was expensive but well worth the service that was provided. We had our HVAC system cleaned. When I originally schedule the appointment, they were very understanding of our situation with a newborn in the house and they made it a priority to get our system cleaned asap. Highly recommend this company.

We just had our ducts cleaned by Nathan and Isaac out of Great Falls, MT. They were very friendly and thorough.
