I went there with my husband as Home Depot redirected us to a plumbing store. My husband is a silent guy but when he came out of that store he was furious... the employees were very uncooperative.

Jon and Allen are the best. Always going above and beyond to help my coworkers and I. This branch has become my go to branch. Always a pleasure to deal with and when they don’t have something they always find it and get it for me as soon as possible.

This branch is our favorite one to shop at. The guys here are knowledgeable about all parts and help us to find parts that we are unable to ourselves! To all the bad reviews from homeowners, hire a plumber, save yourself the hassle and don't bash these guys they know their stuff!!

They are very rude and I will never go there.I went there for a test-ball plug which I have not found in Home Depot. I bought Cherne Test-ball plug from them. It was a faulty product and was not stopping water in 30psi so I had to inflate more until it burst. I went there to see if they can replace it... but the way they behave was unbelievable... they made it as if it is all my fault and I had to buy another one. One of the worst experience.

I was very surprised at how rude the staff was there today. Customer service has been sliding downward since they were bought out. I wasted so much time and lost income at Noble that I have gone there for the last time. Perhaps they could learn from classy places like Emco that know that customer service is important. 1 star is over rated.

Unreasonably high price. Some items cost twice as much as Home Depot even though I have an account. The impression that prices come up just from the air! I am disappointed in Noble and especially from the advantages" of their account."

Completely went down hill. Never have stock in anything and there famous words are” we can bring it in for you”. They completely forget to restock if you buy the last item. May have to start using next again.

I had a terrible experience today at Noble's. Was sent there by one of our suppliers and was treated rather rudely... So rudely in fact that I am writing my first negative Google review to warn others of the lack of customer service I received from one of their counter employees. I will never return here for anything and I will warn others of the potential hiccup they may encounter at this location.

This branch of Noble trade is my personal favorite, the gentleman who work here always go above and beyond to research, and find any parts that I ask of them. If they are not able to fulfill your order they are knowledgeable about where to find the right parts. Thank you guys for making shopping for materials the smoothest part of the workday
