My fiance and I were looking for a part to fix our Jeep. I had him call in to see if they had the part. The lady who answered said that she would look and get back to him in an hour.When he didn't hear back from her, he called and asked for an update, they had not even looked for the part. She responded rudely and told him This is not a drive thru".Pretty subpar customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could based on this interaction."

They couldn’t have tried more to care less, horrible customer service. They kept stringing me along saying they were looking into what I needed and never got back to me. Terrible X10 don’t bother even calling them. Absolute joke

I have been going to the Jeep Doctor for over 10 years and I am very happy with the work they do. If you think their prices are high, try going to a dealership. I personally believe that they are quite reasonable and they do quality work. That is my opinion based on my experiences with them over the years. No they do not provide a replacement vehicle but the bill when all is said and done is not close to what a dealership would be charging. The people working there are very friendly and as accommodating as is possible.Thanks for looking after the Jeep I've owned since November of 1998. They are the reason it is still running so well.

It's not often that you come across shops that treats customers like family, this is one of those shops. Great SERVICE and labor rate is reasonable.

Probably the NICEST people to ever run a car shop. They treat you really well, they’re honest and just truly lovely to deal with. Whether it’s the lovely lady on the phone, or the dude in the shop. They will be getting my business as long as they’re open.
