I have heard all kinds of stories about other cleaning companies in the past. The stories are usually the same, the cleaner started off great but then the quality dropped later on. Cleany is great and continues to be great. They are available, flexible, affordable, timely, and do a great job at cleaning. They also have a great feedback mechanism and if anything isn’t to your liking they address it immediately. For these reasons they have earned my 5 stars.

Great company with very professional and thorough workers. It was very easy to schedule a time online. Rumyana arrived on time and left my place spotless. Highly recommend and will use their service again ! Thank you !

As a super picky customer, I have to say that Cleany exceeded my expectations. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and I've tried a number of cleaning services in the past that just didn't cut it. But Cleany was different. The cleaners were incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail. They used high-quality cleaning products that left my home smelling fresh and clean. And they were very responsive to my specific requests and preferences. Overall, I was really impressed with the service I received from Cleany, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a top-notch cleaning job.

After lots of back and forth and requests for cleanings on specific days and times. They were unable to arrive at the requested time 2 weeks in a row. Website looks nice but management is a bit of an issue. Site also requires a credit card on file that I was not able to delete vis phone browser. Had to find a laptop and delete using Firefox.

Oct 2021 - Unfortunately I have to update my review. I used Cleany a few times before and was very happy, previously I gave them 5 stars. I just used them again for the first time since Covid and am incredibly disappointed. My ensuite bathroom was not touched, floors not mopped, bath tub in the main bathroom was not cleaned. It really didn't seem like much actual cleaning was done, only tidying (pillows were arranged, counters staged). I emailed with my feedback but Cleany did not offer to fix anything or provide a discount. They did refund the tip at my request.Previous review from 2019 :The online booking was super simple and convenient. Very happy with the service. I came home to a very clean house with nice staging type touches throughout. At first I was disappointed with my kitchen floor but I realized later that I needed to book tile cleaning specifically. Next time I'll add that to the package and I'm sure it will be spotless

Not a very good cleaning company. They did not clean very good at all and when we expressed to the lady we did not like the work and how half the things were untouched she will expressed we had to pay and tried to charge us more for over time even though they told us it would take two days but they weren’t finished. They also ask you to put a credit card on file ( don’t fall for this) every other cleaning company I called takes cash/credit AFTER the cleaning is complete and after you review itZ this cleaning company charges you regardless which is sketch considering every other one I phoned you pay after and accept cash!

We used them for an Airbnb clean this summer. Never again. The cleaners did NOT understand the assignment of an Airbnb clean despite me leaving them explicit instructions of what I wanted them to do. Charged for a two person full day clean and they couldn’t get beds made and make it presentable for our guests.At this point the manager was non responsive and left me hanging. Wouldn’t answer my calls.Next day (1day before checkin) they were approved to come back for two hours to finish. AGAIN went down some wormhole of cleaning (never Adequately understood what was so terrible) and spent a full day cleaning without making beds up. (Sheets were draped across the bed.) she could not prioritize her time to get critical Airbnb tasks done. Also the cleaner had unplugged our wifi in the house.I needed to get someone else to come check on the place— good thing I did. She needed to make beds and clean smears on the windows. CLEANER LEFT A NOTE IN THE DOOR ABOUT HOW MESSY OUR PLACE WAS. without someone I trusted coming by, this would have been the first impression of our guests.Manager did refund the hours we were overcharged and I appreciated that.Would never use them for Airbnb cleaning again.

We use Cleany regularly for cleaning our place. Each time, our cleaner does a great job, and many times she goes well above-and-beyond what we would expect. We're really grateful for the help and we hope our cleaner feels well appreciated from us!The Cleany staff organizing the schedule have also been helpful. A couple times I've had to cancel on short notice and they've worked hard to accommodate the change. Their website is also easy to use. Overall, good job Cleany!

As a full time working nurse who has a toddler and dealing with morning sickness for 3 months, I was really looking forward to treating myself to a deep clean. Most things looked great afterwards but the floors were unfortunately not mopped. There were food smudges everywhere, foot prints and scuffs, a huge milk stain from the morning still there.. not even any signs that mopping was attempted (no water streaks, which are very easy to see on laminate floors). I don’t have super high standards, I’ve never even had a cleaning before! But even my husband could see the spots everywhere without looking closely. Our service was right before a long weekend and there were no cleaners available to come and redo the floors. I was offered a 30 minute price reduction which is fair but I have to say, clean floors was the service I was most looking forward to. It was extremely disappointing to come home to them basically looking the way I left them. Anyone who has kids will know, you have to spend 45 minutes picking up dozens of toys and toddler items so floors can be thoroughly mopped. When you pay $250 for a service you’ve never splurged on, something left undone that is so glaringly obvious is really, really disappointing. Will be booking with a different company for future services.
