I called CSN Mid-Island Collision as soon as my husband noticed hit and run on our vehicle. We have used them in the past and based on the excellent job they did each time, and on their excellent customer service, we knew they were the very best choice we could make to get our vehicle repaired. Despite being incredibly busy, they fit my husband's repair so he could have it done before a trip. As in the past, the work was done to impeccable standard and my husband left very pleased. This business really exemplifies what we are all looking for - honesty, integrity, hard work, attention to detail, and service with a smile. We will not hesitate to give a hearty recommendation if you find yourself needing your vehicle repaired.

My partner and I lost the driver side mirror off our car and duct taped it on until we were able to bring it in to have it fixed. We were worried we were going to have to order a new mirror in, but Ralph reattached our mirror in a matter of minutes and even cleaned off the duct tape residue! Ralph really saved us a lot of money and trouble, and clearly cares more about helping people than overcharging clients. We will definitely be repeat costumers. Would highly recommend

I REALLY like these people. They're straight talking, fair dealing, experts you can trust. I showed up with two high-end cars (one for repair, the other an exotic ride home), but when we were done, I felt like what they'd done should have cost me more. They took no advantage of an obvious opportunity to charge extra. I won't hesitate to use them again.

We had two ICBC claims dealt with at Mid-Island Auto. (Tough winter). The rental car was on time right to the shop. Our truck was ready 2 days earlier than expected. I had a collision with a deer 24 days ago. My right headlight was smashed, plus bumper, grille, side panel was pushed up under the hood, bending the hinges. ICBC said it would take 1-2 months to fix because of supply chain issues.
