pretty disappointed their boiler was down so i couldnt my orginal order got 2 meals both orginal chicken waited 10 mins with no one in line to be addressed. when placing my order the gentleman who served me was rude its like he didnt even want to serve me at all. no lettuce at all on the sandwiches they were cold and the fries they have been re-fried over and over again and just sat there.... always go there this time so upset wish i didnt go. if they are going to serve that kind of food at midnight just close early.

I stood in the restaurant for 15 minutes and watch them f up six orders in a row they then made my burger incorrectly three separate people were involved in the making of my burger The manageress (evening June 14) walked off halfway through making it taking off her gloves and leaving it unwrapped on the counter for another 10 minutes... while they realized they hadn't cooked any onion rings absolute joke.... lots of joking shouting partying talking about breaks and generally not being focused on customers in any way... you've got one job guys serv fast food ... staff everywhere and no customers. Sort yourself out... Also this mini brand new store is absolutely filthy and needs a deep clean disgusting sitting in the lobby looking at the ingrained dirt on my seat that clearly hasn't EVER been wiped

I have never had a restaurant mess up my order so badly. We ordered on skip the dishes and our order took an hour to arrive, and when it finally came there was hardly ANYTHING correct. We ordered a bacon and cheese whopper, the bacon wasn’t even cooked, and the fries were barely cooked (they still looked frozen and tasted terrible) We ordered a bacon poutine and it came with no bacon. We ordered two drinks, one was incorrect and one tasted like it had no syrup in it. We ordered 4 hershey pies and received none of them. The disappointment is immeasurable.

Clean with moderate activity. Dining area about half full.Food was good. Only got nuggets and fries special. Both were as good as any other location. Lacked sauces however and tried to slip me with whatever she had nearby.Always check your order when you get it.Had to ask for what was available and chose from that.Washrooms were OK. Clean but a but smelly.

These chicken fries have no chicken. There is a crunch but we're not sure what it exactly is the so called meat. Don't ever waste your money on that thing. Line up took 18 minutes with one vehicle in front. Kinda bizarre
