My apology after communication with office found out I did not get policy right.

I had 2 implants placed on Monday and have had no pain or problems since. The staff from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Hallett were all professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental health.

The care we received at Discover Dental was 1st class!! They were able to accommodate my son quickly for both his assessment and procedure…and they showed care and compassion. The dental team was very skilled and repaired my son's chipped tooth beautifully. I highly recommend Discover Dental!

I am very impressed with the friendly staff, their enthusiasm, and caring.Reception is always welcoming. I am new to this practice and apart from initial check up I have only had cleaning experience and my hygienist has been exceptional, efficient and caring. Would definitely recommend this practice....

DO. NOT. GO.PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING TO BOOK IN. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO!!!Although the girls at the front desk are very nice, this place has completely changed my quality of life.I went in for a simple filling. Once the numbing wore off, my jaw was in pain near the injection site and I had a clicking in my jaw (which I’ve never experienced before). I did my do diligence, booking several follow up appointments. Asking for remedies, and why this happened. I got no fix, no compassion. Just pathetic suggestions and excuses to why this happened.After months upon months, of me asking them for a solution/something to ease the pain, they recommended me a specialist. I’ve spent thousands upon thousands trying to fix what they have done. The specialists are still trying to fix what Discover Dental did, but so far no solutions or progress in a positive way.I am still unable to eat most foods without pain/EAT AT ALL. I can no longer brush my teeth without discomfort. Not to mention the mental and physical issues, I have now had to overcome/pay for. When I say pain, I’m not referencing a quick little “Ouch“ when I take a bite. I’m meaning, for hours after constant discomfort.I am a 22 year old, that will never be able to eat a sandwich without pain. Don’t be fooled by the appearance, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Knowing now, the pain and the lifelong damage of getting a filling by Discover Dental.

Usually a dentist's visit is something to be endured but I am a very happy patient here. Every stage of my visit was well managed and as pleasant as possible: Shayla at the front desk did an amazing job of rescheduling me (more than once!) and found an appointment that fit my schedule. They never seem to be behind schedule so no hanging around in the lobby before an appointment. Dr. Hallet and Megan were an amazing team, keeping me as comfortable as possible, letting me know how things were progressing, and keeping things upbeat with just the right amount of background music! I completely trust my dental health with this team and encourage you to do the same.

Love this dental office. New, clean, and friendly staff. Dr. Jeremie Hallett is great and very thorough. The hygienists are all friendly and front reception staff are helpful. Text appointment reminders are a great touch. Thanks!
