Ate at the pub (did not stay at the inn) and it was fantastic! The chicken and waffle with polenta was one of the best I’ve ever eaten, wine was good, service was friendly, the feel is cozy, and the view is incredible. Drinks from the bar were high quality and delicious. Totally worth a visit if in the area.

Stayed the night here and had dinner downstairs. Angus burger and wife had jambalaya, both were very good! The room was great with a great view of the sunrise. Only downfall would be parking but if that's my only problem Im having a pretty good day. Thank you!

Comfortable inn with friendly innkeepers and nice pub/restaurant. He's the bartender, she's the chef -- both great!

I want to give the restaurant another chance and up the stars but they were under staffed likely due to COVID. So I never got a water and my food came out before the cocktail. The jambalaya was also watery and OK. Would not recommend it. The salmon looked amazing though!

We stopped in for dinner and drinks and it was exceptional. I had an Old Fashioned and I have to say, it might have been the best one I've ever had. (And, friends, let me tell you, I hail from bourbon country, so I am careful when it comes to lavishing praise on a bourbon drink. This one deserves praise.) Our appetizer lived up to its name as it was appetizing and our main course—the chicken and waffle—was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. I especially liked that the chicken was not breaded and fried. The bed of cheesy polenta, bacon garnish, and maple balsamic syrup sent this dish to the next level. The service was friendly and efficient, especially for this part of Maine where staffing is always scarce. You'd be hard pressed to have a better view while enjoying a meal in Lubec.

We stayed one night at the inn. It was a lovely experience, from the oceanside room to the delicious food and drinks. The owners were friendly and welcoming people. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Definitely plan to come back.

I ride motorcycles across the country Stopped in for a drink. Met Glen who is an owner and some kind of adventure traveler. He was griping About being so busy. I made a comment about at least you’re making money. I then received a lecture on what life is about.I’ve raised a family, paid for college, paid for a wedding, and have beautiful grandson. I’m also the number 1 distressed property broker in Colorado. His lecture was taken as extremely condescending. He suggested I watch out for the critters on my ride back. The only upside was the bar back was nice and unbelievably gorgeous.

Fabulous pub with amazing upscale food! I had the chicken and waffles… the best I have ever had! The chicken was grilled and the waffle sat on a bed of polenta. The crispy bacon a slice of cheese on top… just amazing flavors. Our entire experience was so perfect. We sat at the bar and watched the mixologist/owner work his magic. The drinks were as wonderful as the meal. My husband had the Jambalaya and it too was the best we have ever had. The atmosphere and service were superb. We enjoyed this place so much that we plan to go again tomorrow. Just know… this place is so popular that it fills up quickly and they do not take reservations at this time. My only regret is that we did not find this place sooner. The menu is small, but each dish is prepared to perfection.

My niece and I stayed there for two nights while we bicycled the Downeast Sunrise Trail and generally toured the area. It's a great place with good views. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and we also enjoyed the deck. The dining room wasn't open, or we would have tried it. Other people that we met that had eaten there said the food is very good. If we return, we'd stay there again .

Great location on the water. Rooms were neat and clean but it really needed a microwave. There aren't many restaurants in town and most of them aren't open everyday.
