Maple Meadows Farm - Event Centre

Incredible venue space, staff were incredible right from the get go, place is very well organized and clean and well maintained, very beautiful gardens and over all if you want a fairytale wedding or gathering? It's 100% the place to be.

Had our wedding here in 2021.My long, honest review with positives and negatives doesn't seem to be posting. I was hopeful everyone would be able to read the mix of what went down . We had some unfortunate situations with our wedding here. .. a fewFew included not allowing us to make our own bouquets because our wedding party was too big. Yet i see from other reviews that other brides had no issues with that... husband, groomsmen, and bartender (friends) we hired had to help bring dirty tables out from behind the bar so we could bring our drinks in. Barn had a terrible odor. Leaking roof. The owner gave Jessica our wrong contact info.. she couldn't reach us until a week before the wedding. It was chaos for everyone! ( she is the wedding planner they hire for couples.. who is great and saved the day!) .. Laurie followed my cousin and I out to the truck .. accusing us of taking vases. We brought our own!Unfortunately, due to a poison outbreak, Public Health had to visit the venue catering company (we were recommended by the venue)Some results from Public Health were posted on the Niagara Public Health site.. including a fine...We weren't even given an apology for so many unprofessional things that happened. We are an easygoing couple & our families too. Many disappointed & many left because of the leaks and smell in the barn. We have some family members who were there & have some important positions around here.. that were extremely concerned about things.I always look for reviews for companies who own their mistakes & make it better by even an apology & and unfortunately, we did not see this.. beautiful location, but unfortunately, there are too many issues that went down.

Had a wedding here on May 4th, the staff was super helpful every step of the way from offering help to find a caterer and dj to even setting up and tear down the day of.They always answered my calls and emails and any questions I had.The place was clean and very beautiful and over all we are very happy!

We can't recommend Maple Meadows enough! The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The venue alone is beautiful, but what really made our Wedding here so fantastic, was the people that run it! Laurie, Brian, Ashley & the rest of the family team were just wonderful. Making our bouquets the day before with the Bridesmaids (and Laurie's expert help!) was such a lovely part of our set up. And to work with people that are so laid back and welcoming (yet still have the attention to detail and professionalism) gave the perfect balance. They just made the whole thing seem so easy and stress free which is exactly what we wanted. Good people, good atmosphere. The barn and grounds were beautiful without any decoration at all, but if you are crafty like I am, and thrive on the whole DIY Wedding thing, Maple Meadows was amazing, because I could add all the personalised touches I wanted to for our day. We also got the sense that they really care about the Weddings here. It was not a conveyer belt of couples coming in, paying their venue fee, and then being pushed from pillar to post on a rigid timeline of events just like the last wedding, and the one before that. We had the breathing room and encouragement from the family here to really make it our own, and we will be forever grateful for the perfect day you helped us create! What a wonderful experience from start to finish!The venue speaks for itself. It's magical and beautiful and a dream!!But on top of that, Laurie and Brian (and their team) are amazing! They were fantastic to work with from day 1 and on the wedding day, we were constantly blown away by the many things they did to make our day perfect. Making the bouquets with Laurie was a day I will remember forever, the gardens were immaculate, and the day flowed seamlessly. I never saw the team, but throughout the day noticed evidence of them everywhere (candles lit, a fire started, flowers placed under the podium, the list goes on). They were like little fairies tinkering in the background to make our day the best it could be! I still can't believe how perfect everything was!HIGHLY recommend Maple Meadows for your wedding! You won't be disappointed!

We had our fairytale wedding at Maple Meadows this past July and couldn't be more thankful to Laurie, Brian & their team for all their amazing hard work! Working with Laurie and Brian was an absolute dream. We planned our wedding while living abroad, but communication was always easy and they were very accommodating. If you have a vision for you wedding, they will help you achieve it! Laurie is incredibly talented when it comes to working with flowers and created the most beautiful floral arch for us. Thank you so much for helping make our day so special and memorable!

We recently held our wedding at Maple Meadows Farm and I truly feel we could not have had a smoother experience. Right from the beginning of our planning, Laurie and Brian were wonderful to deal with. Always prompt in response to our questions, and thorough with all the small details that made our day amazing! We had a great time getting to be involved in setup and floral arranging. The team at Maple Meadows was top notch. A special shoutout to Ashley who created custom chalk signs for our day! This venue made it possible to do everything in one place. From a stunning bridal loft to get ready in, air conditioned grooms party room, spacious outdoor areas for ceremony and socializing, and of course the barn! I could go on and on, but I will just say that you would be hard pressed to find a more stunning venue with such a great team behind it!

My son was married here yesterday, and all my family members could not stop saying how beautiful this venue was the best one they have been to. I would recommend it to everone. The pics don't do it justice

Maple Meadows is one of my fave Niagara wedding locations. I get giddy anytime I get a new inquiry from a couple for this incredible venue. As a professional wedding photographer of 15+ years with @theloverlyco I have been documenting weddings at Maple Meadows since 2016, before they hosted wedding in their stunning barn. It amazes me how much they enhance the property and offerings each year. Laurie and Bryan take great pride in hosting weddings for incredible couples, they go above and beyond every time and are just a true delight to work with. You can not go wrong with this gorgeous rustic venue.

We had our wedding at Maple Meadows on June 22nd and had such an amazing time from start to finish! Laurie and Brian are both incredible people, who were so helpful and lovely to work with. From making our flowers for the wedding while listening to country music, to decorating the barn, to the actual wedding day - it was an absolute delight and pleasure to be able to share it with this amazing couple and venue. Added bonuses: super cute golden retriever Acer, donkey Gus - who was a smash hit when he came out for a visit in front of the barn during the dancing part of the night and the beautiful horses who watched our ceremony like they were cheering us on in our life together. I highly recommend looking into Maple Meadows for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!!
