Our GSD Nikita was able to get in the same week, which was greatly appreciated. She looked like a different dog when she was picked up! I commented on how fluffy she looked for at least a couple weeks after. And she smelled great. I've already made an appointment to return with both of our dogs. Very happy to have found a local groomer who does a great job and who we don't have to leave our dogs with all day! Thank you :)

Cass is great. She's always on time and is pleasant to talk to. She's very gentle with our two dogs and her rates are great! If you take your dog here, it's in good hands.

My dog gets the best cleaning and nail care. Super friendly owner, she does a fantastic job. We have been taking our German shepherd there for over a year every month.

Horrible. Explained in details dogs I have which have never bitten anyone and were muzzled. She made appointments then cancelled when I showed up and said she wasnt comfortable. Horrible service.

I'm new to this area and had searched this place out via Google search. Usually I go by reviews and this groomer didn't have any, so I just took a chance. The worst groom my dog has ever received! The groomer was pleasant enough, nice grooming facility, nice equipment. So one would think she knew what she was doing. I've groomed my own dog several times before by myself, so I know she's very well behaved for grooms, and her old groomer has also told me this before. So I don't think there is any excuse for the shoddy patchy groom my dog received. On one area on her hip she trimmed the fur so short she gave her razor burn, which now has turned into a sore, which I'm now having to put a prescription cream on it. The overall look of my dogs groom is pretty awful. I had to try and fix all the tuffs of fur that she missed, and try to even out her beard and fur around her snout.Also I was late picking my dog up by 30-40 minutes, because I have a life and was running errands. I got a call from this groomer asking where I was, I told her I was driving to pick up my dog and was about halfway there. Instead of being gracious about it, and apparently not having any dog creates or a room or a back yard to put my dog, she tells me sounding irritated, she only grooms one dog at a time and her next groom was going to be arriving soon. If someone is driving to your place to pick up their animal, there's not much they can do to get there any quicker. Maybe invest in some dog creates like all the other groomers I've been to. Then as I was hanging up I over hear her say something snooty to me, thinking I had already hung up. Great customer service! When I arrived to pick up my dog she was already waiting in her drive way as if she couldn't wait anymore to kick my dog out of her place. I apologized that I was so late and when I asked how she was, all she said was that she barked a lot. Nice bedside manners.If you cannot be a little bit flexible for your clients and learn some good customer service your not going to last long, especially if your work is garbage. I'm not sure what kind of clients she has or how she keeps them with being so inflexible and no skill. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
