Great friendly service and reasonable prices.

Inconsistent hours on weekends. Why advertise you're open on saturdays but you're not ? Been there 2 weekends in a row and driven by twice before 12 pm and its closed. Would rather use a local shop but now im forced to go to home depot.

Several concerns .Asked to sign a long list of conditions which most people would not,could not spend time reading .Was told could not cancel the contract even though the time set was 2 week in the future.Was told there were notices to this effect.These notices were too far away on the wall to be read and certainly was not pointed out to me on the signed contract if it was written there.Neither was I given a copy of the signed contract .It was pointed out that damage or loss from theft was my responsibility.I noticed an excavator in the front with very worn rubber tracks.Would that be my responsibility if the track broke.Such an experience happened to me at another rental when the tracks broke after 1 hours use and I was dinged $1100The time of delivery was too onerous if one did not live where it was to be delivered .

Excellent customer service and nice to see lots of options to rent good quality equipment especially the John Deere brand instead of the Kubota they used to offer. Highly recommended.
