The oil change and maintenance team is amazing when it comes to pointing out problems and finding solutions for those problems when you take your car in. They just really need to fix their scheduling system. It happened twice already where I called or chatted to make an appointment, they verbally scheduled it and said see you on X date." Then I get there and he says there wasn't an appointment made. I pulled up the time I called the service centre from my call history

Ride Time Service department has always gone out of their way to get things right right for me.This last visit I thought one of my brake lights was out, my car had flashed a message at me. Turns out everything was fine, but they still double-checked everything for me and I drove away with peace of mind thanks to the Ride Time Service Department.

Make an appointment and 45 minutes later, my vehicle is STILL sitting outside. Like I have time to waste in this GD place! Disrespectful of my time. An insincere “sorry “ doesn’t get my vehicle out faster. Avoid this place!

Disappointed, two months into having the car, I notice rust on the doors, I went there to get it checked after my oil change. They promised to give me a call back, they never did.I Called three times to follow up, each time after a week of no contact, they said they'd call back.You guessed right if you guessed that they never did.
