Contacted the Realtor Robert Gruich regarding a home in my area: wanted to find out some information and take a look.Granted, my husband and I have not yet even listed our home but have the means for a quick and seamless purchase. We live close by and inquired about a home that would have been a step down for us personally should we have chosen to purchase and remain in the area. When I called to inquire he verbatim said to me “don’t waste my time if you haven’t even spoke with your realtor” and I ultimately hung up.This was an extremely unprofessional interaction and I would be horrified as a seller if a potential buyer of one of my homes had an interaction like this.
