I've never known anyone to be less interested in helping someone than Darla.From when we first moved our home insurance to hub several years ago, it always takes days and multiple follow-ups until I hear back.Recently, I emailed Darla on April 19 explaining that we need a home insurance quote for a new property since we're in our diligence period. I never got a reply.I emailed her again 3 days later, and she replied by email asking me to call her. I left her a voice mail.I followed up again several days later, left another voicemail.It's been 9 days, and we're on the last day of our subject period and Darla has been useless.

I went to do our business truck insurance there, and they give me wonderful service.They are very professional and responsible.

Michelle Smith has always been super helpful and gets things done in a timely manner. She also follows up on my renewal! So glad to have her close and do all my car insurance needs!!! Thanks Michelle!

I've been dealing with Hub Insurance and Darla Cormier in particular for almost 10 years now. I have found Darla to be very accommodating, helpful and honest when addressing my insurance needs and underlying issues.Darla has been my go-to person throughout this time and I am glad she was there during a couple of rough spots. She's always friendly and professional and gives honest answers. I think HUB International is lucky to have her as an employee and as a client I have been lucky to have her as my insurance representative.

We have used HUB for all our insurance products for years,always knowledgeable and polite.

I had my odometer reading on my paper work and she never asked for this year's to check if I was eligible for my discount. I happened to see the form or would have forgotten. She started to say 'You would have had to record it last year' then actually read the form where there it was, in black and white. Turns out I was as I only drove my car 3200km last year. Saved $10/month because I had to remind them to do their job. What else did they forget to ask? How many years didn't I get discounts I was entitled to? I may go somewhere else next year...Why did I have to do your job for you? Unacceptable when we rely on a company to help us because they are supposed to be the experts.
