I bought a pouch that I loved and used often for 3 or do years, especially when out walking or biking. Then unfortunately the middle zipper of three started opening up in the middle. I tried to fix the end part but it didn’t solve the problem. I brought the pouch back to Philip at one of his craft shows and several months later got it back “repaired” (at a cost of $30), but it immediately opened itself up again the first time I used it. In other words, the repair was useless: he had just done the same as I had and fixed the little end part. I think I will have to resort to using a safety pin to keep it closed since shoemakers etc… won’t repair it.Summary: Lovely stuff but he should use higher quality zippers. One expects handmade stuff to last!!!!
