Richard installed new sink faucet and undersink shut off valves. As well he was able to unblock bathroom bathtub drain..and got to source of problem. Although they are expensive, they are professional.

I really liked that the plumber was thorough in diagnosing the problem and in his repairs. He even took the time to carefully organize my pipes and label them so that I have an easier time to identify the various tubes under my sink in the future. Greatly appreciate the work!

I used the service once and it was good. The second time was terrible. The person who came was nice and provided good options, however did not write properly what was required to be done (only 1 option out of 2). They asked to move my appointment to another day which I was flexible on, but on the new day they never showed up and I had to call multiple times to get any answer on when they would make it. They then said it would go to the following week. They used as an excuse that it could rain but the job was to be done inside...Very poor planning on their end and not acceptable to keep moving appointments as they please since we had an inspection planned. After I told the office that I would not be paying for a service that was not rendered they were VERY rude on the phone. If the guy on the phone had not been as rude as he was, I would've probably been a little more understanding.

This company has saved us in so many ways:) our hot water tank reached its end of life unexpectedly. After a couple of calls and few days later only this company has the unit we needed in stock. Moreover they suggested a couple of options that we didn’t know we had. One of which required electrical upgrade. They took it upon themselves to coordinate the electrician that arrived ( I am not kidding) the minute that the plumbing installation was completed.Levine bros was very professional, cleaned after themselves and in addition to their professionalism spoke about the social initiative their company is doing this holiday season. I was happy to contribute to it too.Highly recommend their services! They are great communicators and highly professional!
