Recently, my coach recommended consuming CBD drinks over consuming alcohol. As a newbie, I found the process daunting because there are many products on the market. The Staff at Spiritleaf were amazing and very professional. Numerous staff members took the time to chat with me and explain the different products available; more importantly, they took the time and effort to try and find the right fit" for me. I truly appreciated their assistance and caring manners. I would highly recommend this location."

This location has the worst customer service agents. Rude, vile and racist. The attendant rejected to sell me anything. We were not intoxicated, we were about to get intoxicated, hence, the visit to your store. We were respectful, asked the product name and behaved as you would expect from a normal person to behave to a store agent. We have 3 witnesses in the car with us who can testify that we were not intoxicated. Moreover, the employee in your store was the only one in the area who felt we were intoxicated (the reasons can be numerous - a bad judge of character or racist or inappropriate training, etc) because the 2nd store we visited after yours, sold it to us and were very courteous.A last point - the thing we were looking for, was out of stock in your store, so the visit was a waste anyway.Edit End.

Worst dispensary experience ever! The miserable girl on the phone was extremely unhelpful. I was going to drive from Burlington to pick up a 3.5g that has a rotating strain and the girl told me she couldn’t tell me what the strain was because it’s “company policy”. It's not my first time here but today I waited in the line and when was my turn the blonde girl send me to the pad at the balcony and started to attend another customer.Bad service. She should at least ask if I need assistance. I waited for what?

Great selection and friendly staff who actually know things about cannabis and accessories for using it. Fair prices and no real lineup. Got some new soda, some pre roll, and some Canwe flower which was incredible as always.

The crew that works here are all beyond great. They know their stuff and always have good recommendations. Super friendly great attentive service. Don’t go anywhere else but here :)
