Purchased a mattress from them, customer service was not great. Salesman did not explain all applicable warranties. Did no consulting other than take the sale. Forgot to apply delivery fee on my bill. When contacting me about my mattress arriving at the store, the woman on the phone gave a lot of attitude and refused to explain things about the deliver before i paid for it online. The manager called later and was very nice, but all false. When i went back because i wanted to exchange the mattress, the original salesman lied to my face about the warranty, saying he told me it would not be exchangeable without a mattress protector bought from them at the same time as the mattress.The manager said he would call the next day to see if something could be done. He never called back, i left messages and emails to get a status. He Only called back a week later saying he could do nothing. Im not a person to write reviews, but this experience pushed me to write one. Was planning on buying a couch there also but never stepping foot there again. Buying another mattress from a different place now.

Good price, good service.4 star because some sellers are kind of stalking you around the place, too hungry for the sale. It personally gets on my nerve, I will approch you when i need help. But other than that they are very professional.

Liked their customer service. The salesman Rizwan personalized the experience. Although we didn't find any thing in our budget but he was cheerfully answering all the questions and showing different available items. An employee like him are definitely an asset for any organization. *****

Never again will I order again from Leons, why does your delivery man ask me to pay 20$ to unhook the old water pipes. I asked him if he can install it and he does nothing just unhooks pipes. May you please tell me why you are operating on a 72 hour return policy. When you are a single mom and tired, your expected to have 4 hands, lift the washer and balance it, the delivery man don't take out the transport bolts, your left talking to Midea to fix this.During that purchase process there was no offer to pay for installation, because i would have, but no. And then im left like a sitting duck, scared to use the machine. So leons company washes their hands leaving you to suffer with such a terrible experience.The aftercare is garbage, never will i order from this company ever again.RESPONSEYou have my emails and order number and file, period. It was an online order as well, there is a traceback. Enough. As stated above stills stands. I called anjou and talked to carole. Stop

It's good to see that great customer service still exists. We purchased two sofas in the fall and were told that the delivery would only take place at the end of August (which we agreed to). In the interim, Leon's policy is that they will apply any store sales against our purchase until at least the receipt of our sofas. We received an $800. credit!Finally, we received a call last week to tell us they were coming, yesterday we received e-mail message confirming delivery for today. Not only did they confirm the delivery time but told us that there were two other deliveries that were being done before ours. The delivery people were very courteous, clean and polite!Bravo Leon!

Rude! From drivers to customer service! Driver came, refused to install the bed base that was supposed to be installed by him. Tried to force me sign and then deal with the customer service later, since I know Leons do not have a return policy, I refused so he tried to lie to convinced. But I insisted. Next thing I know, the condo admins call me to complain about the damaged door by our delivery.I tried to call the customer service, first they denied, then they said they need a proof, as if we are waiting for Leons delivery to replace our door. The driver flat out denied.Finally, they said they will send someone to look at it. That was a few weeks after the incident, so of course, I was obliged to temporary fix it, as it is a safety concern to not have a front door of our building. I am not very handy, and the door is squeaking, so I am not sure it will stand the freezing winter.Anyway, they finally agreed to send someone to look at it. Guess who they sent? The same driver that denied he did anything. He goes back and reports that the door is completely fixed and back to normal. Which is not true as the wood is completely chipped and partially exposed.I went to store to speak to someone, and they basically said the issue is closed, but if I want to reopen, I simply have to send more pictures and they will reopen the case. I did. It has been two weeks, no one responds to my email nor picks up the phone.The cherry on the the cake, is that they charged my Acces D account, and I am not even able to reach them to get the charges cancelled...In a nutshell, rude, disrespectful, liars, and they think their clients are stupid.

Great experience with Joe and had no issues with the delivery team that were very honest about pointing out any potential damage. Really appreciated that. Damage to items was warranted with option of discount or replacement which was a big plus. I would have given 5 stars but I did not feel very welcomed in the appliance section and was not taken seriously because of my age.
